1st visit was unpleasant given that I can hear the nurse or desk lady fighting on the phone for 10 minutes yelling expletives and other cuss words.

2nd visit well this was a phone call but when I asked how much services was going to be they replied with "but we gave you paperwork a week ago detailing the costs" well that was very unnecessary and unprofessional. Minor issue if this a dental office then why dont they remove teeth ?

I've been a loyal patient for over 10 years, even bringing pastries for the staff. However, after my recent experiences, I will never return. Read the other negative reviews there's a pattern.

Switching to a new dentist, I realized that the equipment they use is old and dated, and the new place charged me less than half the cost for the same procedures.

This practice consistently disrespects patients' time, with long waits and overbooked schedules. Patients are treated as dollar signs rather than individuals. My decade-long experience showed a decline in service quality. Their poor scheduling, lack of communication, and disregard for patient well-being are unacceptable. They've lost a long-time patient, and I hope others consider this before committing to this practice.

I had a 12pm appointment for an exam and requested a cleaning. At 10am, they asked me to come in early to fit in the cleaning. Despite living across town, I rushed and arrived at 11am, only to wait over 45 minutes. They then informed me they couldn't do the cleaning and asked me to return the next day at 2:30pm. This required rearranging my work and caregiving responsibilities.

The next day, I called at 2:15pm to say I’d be 10 minutes late due to a bad traffic accident. At 2:45pm, just 2 blocks away, they canceled my appointment. After arguing and raising my voice, they begrudgingly kept the appointment, but the damage and disrespect were done. I decided to find another dentist, and you should too.

I started coming here a few years ago and hadn't been to the dentist 10yrs before that. Dr. William and his team fixed me up with 3 crowns, several fillings and a deep cleaning. And now I just go to have my teeth cleaned every 4 months. Thanks Dr. William! Don't forget to brush and floss!

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The front desk staff made me feel right at home immediately when I walked in the door. Everything was on time, and it was an extremely professionally run office. The dentist provided excellent service, and I felt like I was in good hands. They explained everything very well, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended!

Horrible. Referred by a friend, scheduled a cleaning in March 2023. Got it, spent 5 minutes checking my teeth and paid for x-rays. Then said they will need to schedule cleaning? That was the whole point! Called back numerous times and no time available for cleaning?! Called back today, 1/29/2024. 10 months later. They said, sure, let's get you in for a exam and xrays first then we'll look at cleaning!!! What!? I am not paying for another xam and xrays when you have yet to do my cleaning from a year ago. scam. horrible. And look at the reviews, they reflect the same, this is not a restaurant where reviews are subjective, this is a Doctor's office! Feel free to call me if you care Dr. Mr. Sham is the name.

Been going here for over six years & the team is great. They’re quick to reschedule & accommodate! Keep in mind that you need to call them back to verbally confirm your appointment.
Doc has great energy. Him along with the hygienists have light, gentle hands during your service.

Horrible service on numerous occasions from the front office to below average cleanings, not including the fact that my tooth the Dr. worked on over a year ago is still hurting with every chew. Add no consistency with Hygienist. The last straw was trying to treat me like I’m irresponsible by showing up for appointment. Front desk rep, tells me your appointment was yesterday on Tuesday, I haven’t had Tuesdays of in 12 years😂 so I would never make an appointment for Tuesday. Would give “0” starts if it was an option. Not sure if it’s his wife or daughter that works in the back but she always has an attitude and unfriendly. The worst dentist visits I’ve ever encountered by far in Las Vegas.

If I could give no stars for this location I would. First of all, this office staff from the office manager is absolutely horrible when I mean horrible people, I mean horrible.

Let me begin to tell you that... They were to have been my in-network dental provider and they charge you with special codes per the dental insurance company, I was told by my insurance company to get more money because they say...My insurance is not that great.

My insurance is amazing people. They just try and make you get what your insurance does not offer by upselling you high prices for dental work you do not need.

They also try and make you sign paperwork under duress meaning coercion and psychological pressure, thank goodness I am a psych major... Then say this is our policy.

Remember people you do not ever have to sign anything you do not want to sign people. They overcharge you for what your insurance is supposed to take care of.

Who does this? Let me tell you that... They are very dishonorable and very unethical with unscrupulous behavior.

Beware people of this Dental location as the Doctor is so very amazing just a great guy professional with extensive training, we cannot speak higher on this associate.

On the other side, the staff and the unscrupulous office manager are not limpid, clear, or near translucent. the office manager is very conspicuous meaning standing out to be clearly visible to rip you off and shows no moral principles not honest or even near fair. Be aware if you visit this location to remember everything in this post. If you can endure the office staff and the immoral office manager it is well worth seeing the dentist
Dr. William Baalbaky. Good luck folks and be aware of what we have encountered as well as many others. I just wonder if the Doctors know what their front office staff and manager are doing to their private practice, this is not a corporation. So, so sad.

We will just take our business elsewhere ware will be treated with respect, admiration dignity, and integrity with not being ripped off when we have amazing dental insurance.

This dentist is beyond amazing I came to him with some worse case scenario stuff, he had compassion and he took his time helping and explaining everything along the way. His work is amazing quality, he has a heart of gold and even a few good jokes. A simple thank you just isn't enough for the gratitude I have for this man.

Staff is rude and clearly don’t know what they’re doing. They claim they verify the insurance the day before but had my husband waist half his day taking my daughter to get her braces wire removed for a teeth cleaning. After all this they told him they didn’t accept his insurance. They are also unprofessional over the phone.

I love this dentist here and his wife is a dentisy too at another location...between the two of them I van always find a time to suit me...even on saturdays...plus they are seattle seahawk fans so what could be better? love the service even in covid times.

I have been to several dentists all over Las Vegas, only to be disappointed or uncomfortable with every encounter until I met Dr. B at Elite Family dental. I had went 4 years without seeing a dentist for issues with my teeth and for any preventive treatments or cleanings because the dentists I saw in the past had zero compassion for their patients, leaving me feeling very uncomfortable when it came to dentist visits. My wife finally talked me into going to her dentist. From the first time I met Dr. B and his staff, 8 years ago, I have no longer dread dentist visits. Dr. B and his staff take the time to listen and understand each and every patient. He understands the importance of making sure his patients feel comfortable while in his care. Dr. B is THE ONLY dentist I want to see or recommend to others.

I have been going to Dr. B for over 10 years now. He along with his staff have always provided me and my entire family with exceptional care and treatments. From their front office staff (especially G.B. and Alyssa), to his hygienists, assistants, and Dr. B himself, we have always had great experiences. Extremely rude lady at the phone, right after asking if they’re taking in new patients? she hesitated to answer and and basically asked how was I going to pay? If I had Insurance? How about if you take in a new patient and figure that out once we get there? what if I’m paying cash? If I’m inquiring about your services is because one way or another you are getting paid, I was referred by an actual patient, I looked the office online read about the poor service at the reception but I never thought it could be this bad I still called trying to get an appointment . Our family of 4 does have insurance and we checked before calling if it was accepted by them. We had hopes that this place would work for our family, but remember first impressions are the most important and thirsty money driven places are not working to help you but to help themselves.

I was a former patient for almost ten years, the doctor jumps around from patient to patient while procedures are in progress, which leaves room for error (FYI other dentist DO NOT do that). The doctor recommended I have extensive work done and as a result I am having issues with most of the work Dr. Baalbaky has done, I had various root canals with crowns performed, two of those had to be pulled and as a result I have to spend thousands of dollars on implants. After that is completed I will have surgery for TMJ that was brought on while being a patient of his. On top of that there were always surprise bills, moths after the work was completed.

I do NOT recommend this dentist, the work he completes will have to be re-done and will be very costly to the patient!

Elite is amazing both time I have gone was for an emergency once for my husband and once for my daughter but both times they took care of them and got them to the specialist that they needed to go to that same day and all paper work faxes to the insurance and specialist super quick. i was calling to schedule my mom appointment and the girl on the phone was polite until the phone call continued. i would like to say the doctor who helped my mom was AMAZING! he deserve everything in the world but the girl on the phone told me that my mom had an appointment early this morning and we didn’t recall making an appointment so i asked if they call the day before. she said she did and told me the number they called, but it was a number my mom had 2 years ago and we only visited this place once a month ago, so we don’t even know how they got that number but she changed the number and i remembered i made an appointment that i totally forgot about and asked out of curiosity if they called that same number. she asked for my name and said yes. but while she was looking she said, “we call patients the day before as a courtesy but it’s also the patients responsibility to remember the appointment so don’t get mad at me” not once did i raise my voice and not once did i give her any attitude. BUT IF i did it does not give her the right to say that because we are paying patients to this place. all i ask was a simple question and that response was not professional at all. to the the girl on that phone i believe it’s your responsibility to have the right cell phone number on file so this problem doesn’t occur again. & because of that phone call i did not reschedule my appointment and i will no longer do business with them again.

wow! I can not tell you how much i hate going to the dentist. I have never found anyone who actually cared about me and wasnt just trying to sell me stuff i didnt need or want, until now! Dr. Balbaky not only took the time to show and explain everything, he actually made me feel like he cared about what i needed and wanted. He is very funny and professional, and his staff is super friendly. I have highly recommended them to all of my friends, family, and coworkers. They have all thanked me for the referral. I finally enjoy going to the dentist,as much as anyone can. Trust me you will not be dissapointed!

My very first visit to this office was amazing. The staff was very helpful and Dr. Will Baalbaky explained everything very thoroughly. I needed 7 teeth pulled and because I am afraid of needles, he referred me to Dr. Diegan (possible wrong spelling) at Red Rock Surgery Center. From visit to getting the surgery, it was an amazing experience.

I went back to see Dr. Will yesterday. He told me that he was very disappointed in how much work my teeth needed. I told him that it was indeed my fault, and I would probably end up in a full mouth denture. The office road blocked me in every way possible.

I asked for a referral back to Red Rock Surgery Center, and they said no, they would do all the work in office with Novocaine. They said they would have to perform another oral exam (not covered by my insurance) after they already did one yesterday, and diagnose that I need dentures after telling me that it was the wrong choice. Shouldn't respect what patient wants even though it may not be what you believe?

Overall I have learned that this is a money hungry office. I am pulling my children's and my records this morning and going somewhere else. I cannot afford $15,000 in dental work, nor can I wait 2 years to have it completed. Lastly, they will NOT for Novocaine on me, if I am terrified.

I was referred to Elite Family Dental by a relative who lives in Vegas. Finding a good dentist is a tall order. I'm so glad she referred me. Jessie, the office manager, is extremely knowledgeable and always eager to assist. Dr. Stacie is great! Her attention to detail and care or her patients far exceeded my expectations. I drive all the way from San Diego for the great customer service and care that I receive there. Jessie, Dr. Stacie, Dora and the staff there are second to none. They're located at 8200 Maryland Parkway.

Have lived in Vegas since 2000 and have tried 3 or 4 different dental offices all of which have given poor service. I was talking to a co-worker about having bad experiences with dentists and he recommend Dr. Baalbaky. Figured I would give him a try but didn't expect much. WOW!!!! I was blown away from the first time I stepped into his office, I was greeted by the girls with a warm welcome and only sat for a few minutes before I was called into a room. Have had cleanings, fillings and just had some major dental work done (upper dentures). Dr. Will actually called me later that day at home to make sure I was doing ok, now that's a dentist that cares about his patients. I have spread the word through the office to co-workers how good Dr. Will is and there are now 9 co-workers and their families who go to Dr. Baalbaky. Thank-you Dr. Will, your my dental hero!!!

I have been coming here for 5 years as well as my husband and 4 kids. We all love Dr. Will and the staff is always friendly. I have referred no less than 9 other families who have all thanked me for the great referral. Dr.Will is very caring and very informative and most importantly very gentle. I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist but every time I leave not only am I not in pain but it always seems to be a fun experience, believe it or not. Last week my lower tooth chipped and I called the office at 5:00pm. They told me to come down even though they closed at 6pm. When I got there I found out I needed a crown and to my surprise Dr. will and the staff offered to stay late so they could get me out of pain. I don't know any other dentist who goes above and beyond for their patients. I will continue to refer every one I know to elite family dental. They are the best !!!

Amazing professional dental clinic, very personable, great attitude, very welcoming environment, and besides the excellence of craftsmanship, it is the place where my teeth call it home.
22 year Vegas resident here, and I had my share of trying out other clinics, I am glad and very lucky to have found Dr Baalbaky. I already sent 3 of my co-workers there, and they were as amazed by the entire experience in comparison to other clinics this town has to offer.

Would never recommend this Dental office to anyone not even my worse enemy. When calling for an appointment I spoke with someone I could barely understand & she was extremely rude, should have stopped right there. When I came for my appt., I was asked to sign so many papers. most that didn't even pertain to the procedure I was having done. Once called back, I was confronted again by this receptionist they call GV (I think was her name) & told I would need to pay up front the total amount for what I was having done, so extremeley unprofessional!!!!!!! Then we put the icing on the cake when the Dr. entered. Friendly enough at first, but OMG, what a flirt & complete PERVERT, not even sly about looking down my shirt & just too touchy touchy, ugh, I wanted to run out of there. WOMEN be aware, this man is a sicko & should have his license revoked!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and check up after having to provide the receptionist my insurance information 2 times. I show up to a stack of paper work that I was told would only take 5 minutes to fill out, 20 minutes later after I filled out the stack of papers I was told I missed some signatures and needed to sign. This is where things went south fast.

On the top of one of the documents which I was being told I needed to sign it clearly stated in bold letters (YOU CAN REFUSE TO SIGN THIS) I said I was exercising my right to not sign which is why it has been left blank. After 15 minutes of bogus explanations from everything from its mandatory for all patients to sign to how about I give you a copy, by the way the copy they where speaking about wasn't a copy of the actual consent form it was for an additional stack of papers which was not included with the consent form that they where attempting to have me sign.

The second document I did not sign was a general information form listing all types of services I was not going to have done. I was told I needed to sign this form or I would not be able to have my appointment take place. I explained I was not going to have any of the items listed on this form done and did not see the point in signing it, I caved in and signed it. In the process of my explanation as to why I felt I should not have to sign it I was told that my appointment was not for a cleaning even though this was what I requested and was told over the phone the day prior to making the appointment.

I could not believe I called and specifically said I want a cleaning and check up and was told this was what I was going to be getting. I was misled and felt that I was continuing to be misled while I was there.

As a result of being misled I asked if I where to cancel my appointment based on these grounds would I be charge the $50 cancellation fee since I was outside of my 24 hour grace period. I was told I would not be charged and decided to leave.

I would caution anyone interested in using this place and strongly advise you to consider other options because in my opinion they where not honest from the start and honesty should be at the fore front of any medical practice instead of jading what they are asking you to give consent for.
