I like how attentive the therapists are. I receive one-on-one assistance to make sure my form is correct -- and make sure I don't hurt myself. Tanya and Justin went above and beyond during my most recent visit, making sure that my new (unloader) leg/knee brace was properly fitted. They worked together with another therapist to assemble and position the brace. In the meantime, I still received my full therapy session from Tanya. The time absolutely flew while I was there -- and I discovered that I had performed all the new exercises, and was there for my required time (and a little more). All of the staf, from front desk to the therapists, have been truly wonderful. I highly recommend Fyzical.

Having been referred to FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers by one of my attending physicians following a near-fatal accident, I was in extremely rough condition when I began treatment.
I had been rear-ended by a semi-truck traveling approximately 55 mph while I was parked in my own semi with the brakes fully set. The impact left me facing a long and difficult recovery.

This is my 2nd time with Fysical. Last time I was 97% in control of my balance. I'm thoroughly impressed this round as everyone took time to understand. My first visit opened more than just hope! I felt better going from 97 to 100 until my next s session, The therapists took time to listen and then find ways to work on my challenges to improve my way of life. I have been a patient at this location for several months and although I wish I could see the same physical therapist (for consistency) they have all been great. My only real complaint is the front office staff, there’s 2 young ladies that have been there for several months who are not so nice. I believe your front office staff sets the tone when you come into a business, and it’s so disheartening that there aren’t people who are more friendly and polite working in the front office.

This rehab place is wonderful. It's clean and bright and spacious. The personal are all very pleasant and professional. Parking is very good. I was here last winter because of a knee replacement and I am currently getting rehab on the second knee replacement. I have friends who have used Fyzical over the last year and they too really like this facility.

I really have enjoyed therapy this time. I like the fact that there is always a therapist with you. They listen to you And they make sure you don't overdo work yourself. The only thing I dont like is the 24hr notification if you are not going to make it to therapy and they charge $40. For instance I called and canceled an appointment with less than 24hr notice but still the day before my appointment. They still tried to charge me the $40 because even though I canceled the day before my appointment it was still less than 24hr notification. Since it was my first time, they waived the fee but what am I supposed to do if it happens again.

I hurt my knee playing with my kids. This place was assigned to help me regain strength, stability and function. First off, every therapist who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate during my treatments. The facility was great - had plenty of equipment available to do training. Upon arriving at Fyzical I had a very limited range of motion in my right arm (right shoulder injury). after several months of physical therapy, I have returned to a normal level of activity using my right arm. Due to a bad fall and terrible spinal cord injury I had to have therapy and learned about Fyzical Balance therapy. When I started there I was a disaster. They especially focus on who I was, and who I am as a person.

Especially my therapist JUSTIN, who in fact saved me, and trained me towards getting me back to being me. Kudos...

The attention they gave me to my lack of balance was phenomenal, especially because he was very specific as to who I was as a person and who I was in my past. I am impressed how he focused on those areas that made me able to be able to walk and function again. Great find an experience.

The staff at this location are excellent. First, they do everything they can to get you scheduled and evaluated. The evaluation was very thorough and was explained so that you can understand it. Finally, the actual therapy session was not rushed, the therapist was very careful and patient and gave directions for the exercises very clearly. After seven months of intense pain from injuring my back, I was recommended to Fyzical Therapy, Cheyenne location.
I could barely walk when I first arrived at Fyzical Therapy and after only 3 sessions of therapy with Kristin, then Eric, my pain is finally manageable.
My experience with the team at Fyzical Therapy has been phenomenal. They sincerely care about my current situation and created a plan of care suited to address my injury. Since beginning therapy with Kristin, and Eric, I’ve not had to take the pain medication and muscle relaxers I had to take just to get through the day.
Now I can manage the lesser pain with OTC medicine. I am excited to continue improving my health as I continue working with Eric.

I had a great experience during my 16 sessions with Fyzical near Sun City, Las Vegas. This was my first time doing physical therapy and I didn’t know what to expect. I worked with a team of physical therapy assistants under Dr. Chris Dimaano. First off, the lady at the front counter 9/29/25 7:30 am was so rude, agitated, unfriendly.

Secondly, I called to make an appointment, they took all of my insurance information, had me complete all paperwork online prior to appointment and never checked whether they took my particular insurance. So I show up for my appt and they are out of network. They could have told me that.

I’ve been dealing with lower back and hip pain for over five years, and after trying various treatments, even my chiropractor suggested it was likely arthritis. I decided to try FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. They created a personalized twice-a-week treatment plan for me, and I’ve seen incredible improvements. The entire staff is amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring.

They also offered dry needling for a small additional fee. While the sessions weren’t the most comfortable, the effectiveness was undeniable. I’ve now graduated from the program, but I still plan to return occasionally for more dry needling sessions. It’s been money well spent, and I highly recommend FYZICAL for anyone struggling with chronic pain.

I made appointment 2 weeks ago. They took copies of my ID and insurance at that time. I went in today to be told they didn't take my insurance which was Humana. The do take Humana, but they said they don't take Intermountain, which is managed care. That has nothing to do with the insurance. Front desk person was rude and condescending.

I am a witness to those that took care of someone dear to me, that's the physical therapists. 5 stars he was up in walking astonishingly sooner than we thought.

Unfortunately the front office staff did not return calls nor emails as fast as they should in the beginning it was over a month wait for the 1st appointment and then another 3 weeks till hands on physical therapy.

Now this is something I can't even believe occurred. A receptionist is calling out the shots.

The said patient is a Senior Citizen who experienced a hit in run long ago, due to that injury it caught up to the patient and he had 1 full knee replacement and has other surgeries to come on other extermitities.

Knowing that this would have been a possible "3" additional referrals. Lasting a minimum of 3 months or more per extremity.

Insurance would paid them directly. Do they even realize how much money they could have made?

Wait till I tell you this, the receptionist decides to shut his case down due to not calling in with a 24 hours notice, of over a $40 "no show fee" same day notice.

Patient happened to be at another appointment all away across town, of course in Henderson on a Friday on the freeway and traffic was beyond bad.

If that isn't ridiculous, whom ever is training the new receptionist "R" didn't take into account the age of the patient and the possible amount of money this patient would have brought to this center.

Life happens, things are beyond his control like an accident on the freeway on a Friday afternoon/early evening traffic.

But for one that wants to be right, calling shots vs the care of a Senior Citizen vs the possible amount of referrals from his other up incoming surgeries.

Well honey be 'Right' he now has the option to request his services somewhere else. From where these physical therapists left off.

I suppose we should write a letter requesting $40 per business day that he had to await for his evaluation appointment, then to wait 3 more weeks for his 1st physical therapist appointment. So you feel so entitled $40, he should receprocate the entitlement also.

Fair is fair, a formal letter will be coming to you all soon! Please share with your investors and your other offices. Unbelievable!!

A rude woman called from your company to schedule my husband's first physical therapy. Her tone was cold and dismissive from the start. She didn't give me her name while talking to her. She asked for my husband’s email, and after I gave it, she was just going to hang up—no confirmation, no details. I stopped her and asked, “Do you even know how to spell it?” She went silent, then snapped, “Go ahead and spell it.” Clearly, she didn’t know how to spell it but didn’t bother to ask properly.

Her attitude instantly pushed me from calm to defensive and attack mode. I asked for her name—she hung up on me! Yes, she hung up the phone. Annoyed, I called back immediately and told her that was completely unacceptable. She clearly knew I was going to report her behavior. I also pointed out that she never gave me the time, or address of the appointment. That’s basic information! So, I asked for her name again, she mumbled that her name is Krista or Christa – not sure how to spell it. I told her directly: if she hates dealing with people, she should not be in the customer service position, she’s in the wrong job.

Krista is the first impression of your company—and she left a bad one. If this is how she speaks to your potential patients, then she has no business answering your phones because she does come across that she hates her job. Her unprofessional attitude reflects terribly on your clinic.

I just want to shout out to Alex, the DPT. My mother had at least 10 balance therapy sessions with Alex and we couldn't praise him more. He was very professional and accommodating to my mom. She is 87 years old, barely can walk and speak any English, but Alex somehow made it work! There were few times where Alex called me and put me on a speaker phone to translate so he can fully understand my mom's symptoms so he can better treat her. The amount of kindness and respect Alex showed towards my mother and I will forever be grateful! My mother also mentioned there were another therapist who assisted Alex but I can't remember his name. She thanks both of them for treating her so kindly with whole lot of patience! Thank you to all!

If I could give zero stars I would! This place has gone way downhill in the past few years. I had a great experience three years ago so I figured I would give them another shot with my current injury… I was wrong. The staff is all new, right out of college or PT school so the PT’s that treated me were very green and had no idea what they were doing. Machines were broke down at the clinic, staff was rude and clueless on how to treat patients. I was quoted one price on my first visit then stopped going after a few sessions because of how incompetent the staff is and the rundown facility. A few weeks later they stuck me with a huge bill stating they quoted me the wrong price and it was my insurance’s fault. I reached out to upper management and they played the blame game and said sorry, not our problem. **BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY** they are fraud!!

I have a problem with dizziness. I have been going to therapy for about 6 months. I am depressed. It is sometimes difficult for me to get up today, August 14, I was late about 15 minutes and the person in front of me told me that they could no longer come before me and they would charge me 40 dollars and another 40. On Monday I didn't go... with a devilish attitude, as I saw that he had a bad temper and I didn't want to argue, I told him yes, I would charge whatever I wanted even if they weren't going to answer me and he still asked me what day I was going to go. Next week I told her to cancel all my other appointments... well with that attitude... who the hell is going to want to come back... but what does it matter to her...I way for you never file like me..

Jesus and Todd are great. My first appointment was with Jesus. He asked me all about my shoulder injury. Made notes as I talked. Then he thoroughly checked out my range of movement. If you had a trauma or any type of accident, Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center, located at the 9070 W Cheyenne Ave, LV, NV, is the best place with great doctors and therapist who will help you with recovery. In my case it was the car accident. Last couple years I constantly had a neck pain, headaches, dizziness and could not function normally. First of all I was very impressed that this location has a Very spacious facility with several different areas for treatments and exercises, plus privet areas for each patient. I have been at FYZICAL Summerlin many times, however when I have my knee replacement, I decided to go to a different place closer to home ,What a mistake. (ATI) At PYZICAL, you get a one on one therapist who works with you during the whole session, they don't just show you what to do and leave you on your own. They very well trained, kind and concern about your needs. Alex Mirzoyan, is the Dr. who does the evaluation.
Go to PYZICAL if you need Physical therapy, there are various locations in town, however I go to Summerlin location

I want to clarify that I am only giving this location a 1 star because of the front office staff. My therapist is amazing as well as all the hands on staff working with patients but from day one I have had consistent issues with checking in. The condescending and artificial conversations and the whispers regarding certain patients is obvious and insulting. The only reason I continue to come to this location is because Carla and Brett are amazing and the only ones who have been able to work on getting me feeling better and for that I am grateful. However if the front office staff (one person Inparticular) would smile and be a bit more genuine with everyone consistently this would be a five star for sure.

My referring Primary Dr has decided to refer me to another place for what models as disability and financial discrimination. 2nd Most predatory PT company in Vegas I guess I was being too reasonable because of not wanting to fully accept the unprofessional service i continued to receive.
To be honest, I really appreciated the services of Justin and Nancy, and do not enjoy hurting anyone's business for minor infractions or offenses. Everyone has a bad day right?

Had a total of 6 visits and was targeted the first time after my initial intake appointment by one of the front office staff before asking who I was, insisting agressively I have missed 3 appointments, angry at my disobedience for rejecting her irrational claim, she began informing me that I had to sign a no-show-contract and then when realizing she was incorrect and had misidentified me, was further disrespectful and spoke to the entire waiting clientele in the lobby that I needed to pay my copay. I had only signed in for my first appointment the day after my intake and acceptance by Rebecca. After there were 2 further negative experiences, once while I had the flu
If I hadn't felt stuck going there, not knowing I had better quality options, I would have asked for a new referral myself, but was unsure my insurance would cover anywhere else that would be more hospitable and compassionate, or that it would be more expensive.

Jimmy Pajuheshfar has been my physical therapist doctor for a while now. He has worked on the neck shoulder down through the spine to the lumbar region also targeting sharp pains in both legs. I would like to start off by saying that Jimmy’s bedside manner is exceptional. When working on me he welcomes any questions I may have thorough explaining the process, routine and take home routine. He makes me feel like I am the only patient not just a number. Lastly he has the ability of empathizing when some days maybe worse then other days for me. I would definitely recommend Jimmy to anyone.

I highly, HIGHLY, Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center. I have tried two other places here in LV and had very bad experiences. I am a disabled Veteran and don't have the ability to chose any center I want. Fortunately, the VA listened to me and was able to send me to this PT center. The office is clean and professional, the front office employees are friendly, the Therapist I have been assigned to is very intelligent, concerned, thorough and as gentle as she can be with my knee and back. I have had surgery on both BTW. The physical trainer is very smart, patient and friendly. This office is a complete 180 from the other two PT centers I visited. I actually look forward to my appointments because I know they are helping me get healthy again and they do it with great care and interest.

Worst experience ever. Chose this place over who my doctor recommended. Asked specifically if they had a hand specialist and they said yes. I told them I had not met deductible and needed exact rate every time. They told me what the co pay was. So I paid it every time. They used some machine on me that was broken and literally shook my whole hand and the first time they used it they figured it was broke. Next time they tried that machine I screamed bloody murder and told them something must be wrong. I thought it was very peculiar I was the only person in the 3 weeks I was there that I didn't see anyone else getting hand therapy. Then I went to my orthopedic surgeon and when he found out I went to them he about went through the roof saying they know better and should have never had taken me because my scar tissue was horrible and my movement in my hand was still horrific. So I quit going. I went to another place he recommended and within 3 sessions most of the scar tissue was gone. Then they had the balls to bill me for using their screwed up machine not twice but four times. Unbelievable. Do NOT go here!!

Staffed by extremely qualified and caring professionals, FYZICAL P/T is a great place to get healed. Everybody there is all so nice and friendly in addition to their total competence. The Cheyenne facility is spacious and well-equipped but not overly crowded (although they can be busy at times) and they take Covid-19 protocols very seriously too. They managed to squeeze me in quickly after I was referred to (and visited) a can't-quite-compete competitor and switched at the last minute. I had been to FYSICAL once before earlier this year and they raised the bar very high for me. I came back. Nobody really wants to be in a position to get P/T but if you do, this is the place to go!

My mom is 85 years old. She broke 4 pelvic bones and her right clavicle on New Years Day. Although her bones have healed, she has been struggling with her balance. The therapists at FYZICAL are very attentive to my mom. Each one has been very aware of how far they can push her forward without causing her pain. I went to Fyzical on Buffalo several years ago and they were amazing. I ask my dr for a referral to get some balance therapy. I noticed a location on Cheyenne and thought I would check out because it was much closer. I have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and have not been able to work several years now. She gave me tour of facility because I was curious. I was elated that they had this closer location. I handed her my referral and when she asked for insurance she changed her entire attitude! Curled her upper lip and said “ we don’t take Medicaid!” I have Medicaid Smartchoice. They have paid out several hundred thousand this past year alone! Once I get organ transplant and can’t imagine what that payout will come to. I earned my insurance and don’t appreciate the judgement this young therapist was making! She said “we just won’t get paid!” She was unprofessional and just down right ignorant. I will never recommend this place again. They should educate their staff in people skills and service relations. I won’t even bother to get a waiver to try and use their services.

My 16 year old daughter tore her ACL and started going to SPORTS approximately two months after surgery. (She had been attending another facility that wasn't geared towards the athlete-no sense of urgency to get the athlete back to what they love) After the first week at SPORTS she and I noticed a HUGE difference! The instructors seem better trained and more suited to the goals of the athlete. She has made great strides in the last 6 weeks. Thank you for pushing my daughter and making her work hard!

I don't know about the other therapist but Kirsten is very good.
my right leg was hurting me and she quickly diagnosed that my pelvis was out of line.She gave me to simple stretches exercises into recognize my stance since I was standing leaning on one side. After about a week or two the pain has gone away.

I have been having problems with my balance for several years, first noticed when I started to get on a bicycle and did not feel that I could avoid falling over if I got on it. After several attempts at physical therapy to build strength, I started with a neurologist about a year ago to see if we could find out the cause of the problem. I have peripheral neuropathy but the cause remains unknown. After my initial assessment, I have had two sessions with Maria, and I can already feel some improvement.

The following are estimates since they refused to send me itemized billings even though I asked via texts and emails.

For my rehab they billed my insurance $3,834 and I paid $436 out of pocket. The last billing I have is 10/12/2015

While on vacation in Mexico in February of 2017 I got a phone call from their billing office threatening me that my outstanding balance of $23.77 would be sent to collections if I did not pay it THAT DAY. I was on unsecured wifi and had to send an email with my full credit card information. btw I have a credit score of 806 with zero late payments.

After my accident we were getting bills almost daily for months. I went to your facility for weeks. Now a year and a half later they harass me for a bill that was obviously overlooked in our processing of dozens of bills from dozens of doctors and other entities. Their tone was absolutely unapologetic and unwavering in their threat if I did not pay up by close of business that day. I guess over $4,000 wasn't enough to write off $23 or make a cordial call to remind me of an oversight.

They may have great therapists but their billing department is the not at all good to deal with.

I was having pain in my hip and leg. My doctor suggested Fyzical so I tried it. Initially seen by Jimmy for my first visit, I was then placed with Danny as my PT. I have had such excellent results. Danny is my go to guy and he has helped me more then he could possibly know. He found what works for me so we stick with it. Danny makes me feel as if I am the only patient. He has taught me things that I can do on my own. He is full of knowledge and excels at what he does. I highly recommend Fyzical and Danny (if you can get in with him).

I worked with several therapists here to help with pain from a degraded lumbar disk. They were all fantastic, but I worked mainly with Corbin and Patrick. They gave me stretches and tools to help manage an issue I'll probably deal with the rest of my life. Although they are simple practices, they have helped me to manage the pain associated with my injury. Corbin and Patrick were so much fun to work with, and they both push you to work as hard as you can to reach your goals. Corbin is also a highly skilled massage therapist with magic hands! Expect to work hard, then be treated to some TLC to help relieve the areas you worked so hard to improve during your session. Thanks guys and thanks team Fyzical!
