I’m disappointed with the service I’ve received at this location. I’ve previously come here for cleanings and recently had a crown installed. Since I’ve had a crown done at another dental office before, I had a good idea of what to expect.

Unfortunately, the cleanings I’ve received here have never felt gentle or considerate of the discomfort being caused. At times, it felt more like the priority was getting through the appointment and moving on to the next patient rather than making sure I was comfortable.

My experience getting the crown was even more disappointing. The procedure was much more painful and time-consuming than my previous experience. I paid almost 1K out of pocket, and after checking other offices, I found that I could have saved approximately $200–$300 elsewhere. I chose this location primarily because of the convenience of being close to my home.

During the procedure, I again felt that things were rushed and that there wasn’t much consideration given to my comfort. Afterward, I was asked whether the shade of the crown matched what I had chosen. To my surprise, I had never been given an opportunity to choose a shade or compare options to the rest of my teeth. While the color itself wasn’t necessarily a deal-breaker, I would have appreciated being included in that decision, especially considering the cost of the procedure.

Ultimately, based on these experiences, I don’t see my family returning to this location. I chose this office for convenience, but unfortunately, this experience taught me that convenience isn’t worth sacrificing quality of care and patient comfort.

I had an excellent teeth‑cleaning appointment at Inspirada Dental. The front desk team was organized and welcoming, and the hygienist was thorough while still being gentle. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this office. Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to.

From the moment you walk in, the experience is exceptional. The front desk staff is amazing, especially Lisa. She went above and beyond to help get me in right away and made sure my insurance was verified and everything was good to go before my appointment. That kind of attention and effort makes such a difference, and she made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free.

Dr. Dar is equally fantastic. He genuinely listens to his patients, takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly, and even walks you through the different schools of thought behind treatment options so you actually understand the “why” behind everything. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor and makes going to the dentist feel surprisingly comfortable.

The MAs are also incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive. Honestly, everyone I’ve interacted with here has been wonderful. It almost feels too good to be true to have an entire office where every part of the experience is this positive.

The office itself is extremely clean, modern, and beautiful, and it’s located in a great area. You can tell they’ve put thought into both the patient experience and the environment.

It’s rare to find an office with an amazing doctor, great clinical staff, AND an exceptional front desk team all under one roof. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. Truly a 10/10 experience.

From the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in-between, my experience was top notch. Everyone was polite and professional. I have never waited very long to get into the chair for my scheduled appointments, and on multiple occasions they were able to get me in sooner than planned. If you are looking for a dental office that cares more about you and your teeth than the bottom line then this place is for you! Dr. Dra Is so amazing in listening to what my concerns were and he was able to save my cracked tooth from being extracted and was able to crown it! His assistant Gabby was wonderful and gentle with x-rays and assisting Dr Dra thru my procedure. Before the procedure began Lili, who is in the office explained everything clearly what was going to be done and the cost after my insurance so there were no hidden charges or surprises.
I can not say enough about this office and how nice and professional the people are and how clean and modern it is also!! If you live in the Henderson / Inspirada area and are looking for a dentist …Please go and try this place out. You won’t be disappointed!!!!.. Im going back in Oct to have another tooth crowned and Im not even anxious about it.

Went it for a routine cleaning and that went well, however I kept getting pressure for up selling items and procedures, like getting a bite guard the dentist said I might want to consider getting one for some grinding next thing I knew the front desk was planning the molds, asking for payment, scheduling follow up …i do not like the feeling of being pressured into buying additional services going to the dentist should not feel like going to used car lot. also the front desk called me to come in early for my cleaning 1pm versus 2pm they did not mention that the reason for early time request was because I needed to see the dentist as a new patient assessment NOT to get my teeth cleaned early that service remained at 2pm. The front desk needs to be clear about what is happening and when, lucky for them I did not have another appointment.

Not new patient friendly. I was so excited to transfer to this office after moving into the neighborhood, but I was disappointed with my experience as a new patient. If you schedule online, be aware that your appointment will include X-rays and an exam—not a cleaning. You will have to schedule on another day to get your teeth cleaning. I had arranged my work meetings expecting the usual X-rays, exam, and cleaning that my insurance has covered for years.

While the staff was friendly, I ended up returning to my previous dentist, who was able to provide all three services the very next day with no additional charges. New patients should clarify exactly what services are included before scheduling. The front desk tried to schedule me in next day but not at my convenience---at theirs. Effort should have been made to accommodate a new patient that was inconvenienced.

I personally don't recommend a place that schedules teeth cleanings separate and doesn't make effort to make things right for a disappointed patient.

First let me say I called to find a different dentist due to being apart of Silverado Family Dental and being treated like crap and overcharged by almost $700. So fast forward I called this dentistry and spoke to the office manager Laura. Wonderful person and phone etiquette. She was warm with how she spoke and great tone. When I told her my issue we scheduled an appointment until she heard I was in pain and she asked me to come down right away. When arriving I was then greeted by the lady at the front desk who was also amazing. I introduced myself to Laura and thanked her for great customer service. I was called to the back within 10 mins of me arriving and was met with Gabby. Now let me tell you Gabby was just the whole VIBE! Great energy and really makes you want to come back and see her again. Thennnn comes the fine Dr. DAR smh whew! I had to acknowledge but respected the boundaries and yes he is married ladies lol- all and all the greatest experience I have ever had. They will now be my dental family.

While the new front desk window staff ignored my entrance and I sat for 10 minutes, they readily greeted a man who came in after me. The most incompetent dentists I've ever had work on my mouth. First story: my wife had a crown put on a molar by Dr. Lipman and instead of using zirconia, which they charged us for, Dr. Lipman cemented the temporary crown on and later, the temporary crown cracked after only three months. She returned and after initially denying it, they admitted that they had accidentally glued the temporary one on, not the zirconia one we had paid for. They took a new mould but then glued the 2nd temporary crown to the tooth with cement, causing the tooth to break and now the tooth is so short, that I don't know if she can have the crown done. They may have to do a build up (I believe it's called "tooth lengthening") now and they've been so impressively incompetent that I'd have to be cognitively impaired to trust them again.

They've been fine for getting our teeth cleaned, but beyond that, it's like dealing with apprentice dentists.

Second story: I had a molar crack so they took it down to a stub and put a crown on it. When doing that, the dentist found the crack went down to the root so he put the crown on it and had Dr. Chen (an endodontost) do a root canal *through the crown*. When numbing me, he kept missing the nerve pack in my mouth so...five shots of novocaine later, my lip was finally numb with the dentist explaining he'd done 30,000 root canals and had never seen five shots of novocaine (for the record, I don't believe that claim). He then failed to give me amoxicillin so after a week, I couldn't even chew a french fry on that side. I called and explained to the receptionist who told me she didn't know where Dr. Chen was that day so I should just call each branch individually and inquire and, if I found him, "maybe" he could write the prescription that day, otherwise, I'd have to wait two days until Monday. After explaining to her why it was her job to do *her job*, she found where he was and got him to phone in a prescription.

Third story: for two or three services, we've repeatedly been billed for services we've paid for and after presenting the receipts, are assured it has now been handled only to get a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and I think even a 5th bill for the same services - each time returning or calling with the receipt (even with a credit card record) showing we had paid and each time being assured they had finally handled it.

Fourth story: this place is a revolving door for staff - as bad as a chain restaurant. It's usually a new front desk girl each time and my wife and I combined have seen, I think, eight dentists and probably six hygenists in 3 years here.

Why do I keep going back? Well, for one, it's the closest dentist by far. Secomd, they took our insirance. Third, it's not like Las Vegas is know for competent dentists so thus far, it's been a "better the devil I know" but I am honestly exhausted from how ruggedly incompetent they are.

Everybody I encountered at Inspirada dental from the front desk personal, to the x-ray tech, to the Dentist were extremely polite and professional. I called for a painful tooth ,Laura got me the same day to see Dr. Lipman . He diagnosed quickly , the rest of the staff was great. Laura then made sure I was able to see the surgeon the next day at noon. within 30 hours of my first phone call I had received the treatment I needed. i will coming back . thanks Laura your the best!

This was my first visit to Inspirada Dental & Orthodontics, and I had such a wonderful experience. The staff was unbelievably friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. It’s honestly hard to find great service with genuinely kind people these days, and it truly makes all the difference.

Been going here for a year, wife and kids also. First time having a problem. Had a 9 am appointment that i showed up to on time. Was taken back right away, did x-rays and then cleaning, done by 9:25 (awesome). Was told to wait for the doctor. At 9:50 (25 min later) i got up to make sure i was not forgotten about and they said the doctor does not get in until 10. I ended up leaving before the doc got there 9:55. Not sure why they expect to wait for 30+ minutes when the doctor is not even in the building. Suggest to not schedule patients before the doc is there.

This was my 4th dentist I spoke with.
From the first moment place felt good. I really dislike the Dentist. Lilly up front was awesome. I went in this morning dying in pain. Got right in. The Xray tech was awesome. Dr Dar has a great attitude. Great office. I physically went to Aspen Dental this morning before I INSPIRADA Dental. Was quoted 11k for something I got for 2k
And it's a better option

After having a negative visit with another local dental office in Henderson I called Inspirada Dental. From the amazing girl that answered the phone on a Saturday morning to the actual visit the service, compassion, and professional support was stellar! The office not only got me in for an appointment but made an appointment for my husband on the same day and time!! Dr. Dar was not pushing for work I did not need. He did a full exam and looked at my X-rays and did not find anything of concern. Michelle my hygienist was fabulous. My deep cleaning was painless and her cheerful personality was a plus. The office was very clean. The wait time was just a few minutes before I was called back. I can’t say enough about this practice. My husband and I have made our next cleaning appointments already!

Never give up!
I've had nothing but bad experiences with dentists my entire life. I've always dread going to the dentist, until today! Doctor Dar is absolutely wonderful! He preformed an exam and explained what was to be done and what will need to done forward. Today (1st visit) my visit was for a tooth extraction. My last was 15 minutes of agony. Doctor Dar numbed me and after 10 minutes returned for the extraction. About 2 minutes in, Dr. Dar sat back in his chair and said " OK, we're done". I was in shock! No pain? We're done? I could not believe it could be that easy when done right! I also would like to mention his staff. From start to finish, the staff was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Dar's assistant taking exrays of my mouth and assisting him was absolutely wonderful! She is very gentle and caring while preforming procedures. I will definitely recommend Inspirada Dental & Orthopedic to all my friends and family! I look forward to my next visit! Thank you!

Had a great experience! And I am hesitant with the dentist, have been since I was a kid. They are very accommodating and seek input on preferences before starting and making sure you’re comfortable. My wife comes here, and my son goes next door. He is a toddler and they were amazing over there as well. The numbing process and getting work done is done well. Haven’t had this kids of experience with others. Definitely recommend coming here for the whole family.

Affordable and great dental care. Latest technology. Needed a crown and they built it right there. Got my teeth cleaned at the same time. Awesome and friendly staff. This is now Oct2025 and I had a severe toothache while in Maine. On return, Inspirada Dental took me right in and evaluated my tooth. Sadly, it required a root canal and they made the appt right away. Professional and caring, they stopped my pain. A few days later, I went back in to remove the temp filling and had my semi-annual teeth cleaning. Everyone there is so nice. I appreciate Inspirada Dental so much.

Please don’t go here!! My mom had called to settle a bill and the front desk lady was unprofessional saying “since you can’t pay for it.” Don’t come here!! The front desk lady was totally out of line and kept redirecting us to the children dental office when we kept telling her we weren’t apart of the children dental. She was not patient towards my immigrant mother, who can’t speak really good english, and kept interrupting her and redirecting her. We were calling over an insurance bill that this dental office keeps billing us when it’s supposed to be covered. Whoever was working the front desk on 10/17/25, fire that lady, as she was unprofessional and out of line for her comment. Never in my immigrant mom’s life had she dealt with someone with that much unprofessionalism as that front desk lady. We had to call multiple times and all the times she hung up on us mid-sentence because she “couldn’t hear us”, although she was always able to answer in each call.

The people working here, especially the receptionist, are extremely unprofessional. My mom, who can’t speak english well, was talking to one of the receptionist and the receptionist kept giving her attitude and said “Well since you can’t pay for it” which is extremely unprofessional and rude. She also lied saying that she filed a claim over a month again but when we called our insurance, they said a claim was never filed, which means they lied to us. My family is extremely hurt and mad at the racism we have just experienced. This is a warning to those who may not speak english well, to be careful and go to another dental office so you don’t experience the same treatment we just got.

Dr. Dar has an excellent chairside manner. He administered a novocaine shot to me nearly painlessly. The equipment in his practice used leading edge technologies. The whole team was fantastic. This was one of my best dental experiences. I have renamed the dental physician. "Dr. Gentle."

The team listened to me & provided single radiographs because of my gag reflex with bite wings.

Everyone was super personable. I can't say enough. I went home elated. First time from any dental appointment.

If I was a chef, I would give it a "Chef's kiss. Maybe I'm giddy from the temporary anesthetic. Whoops, I forgot, I didn't need it.

Bad Experience at Inspirada Dental & Orthodontics
I’ve been a patient here since they opened in 2023, and I was shocked at how I was treated during my most recent visit. When I arrived for my appointment, I was suddenly told that my insurance no longer covered a cleaning and that I owed $180. This came as a complete surprise since I’ve never had issues before.
The front desk staff told me that if I didn’t pay, I would not be seen. When I asked for clarification about why there was a problem with my insurance, the lady at the desk couldn’t explain anything. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but she told me there was nobody above her and that I would need to come back on Monday to get an explanation.
To make matters worse, her attitude was dismissive, she spoke to me while facing away, making it difficult to hear. Even other guests were confused about who she was addressing. It was unprofessional and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter at all.
After this experience, my wife, kids, and I will no longer continue our business with Inspirada Dental & Orthodontics. Patients deserve clarity, professionalism, and respect, none of which I received today

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! This has been my 3rd visit having my dental needs looked after by Inspirada Dental. My tooth with an old crown broke. I was able to make an appointment the next day. I came in and they were able to treat the broken tooth and put in a permanent crown in the same day! Jayden looked after me throughout the entire experience, made me feel incredibly comfortable and took very good care of me. The doctor was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and also made me feel well taken care of. I also was able to pick my own movie/show to watch on my personal big screen TV. I have had nothing but great experiences here. For my entire family. My brother even drives from California now to see the dentist. They took the time to explain my insurance, and even offered me a couple of ways to pay the amount the insurance doesnt pay. I thought I had a great plan, but after dealing with a rep from the insurance over the phone, I feel bad for being so rude to the front desk girl about my benefits. We both didnt understand the plan. Once I got an earful from the insurance rep, it made more sense, but thankfully the office was understanding. The office manager was really kind and patient with my attitude.
During my visit, the doctor was really helpful. He answered my questions several times and gave me 2 really good options to fix my missing tooth. He even found a cavity that I have been complaining about to my old dentist and we took care it the same day!
I will be referring my entire friend group to Inspirada. They Inspirada'd me to take better care of my teeth!
