The dermatologist that i had was dropped by the insurance company that I had, they recommended me your clinic. I walked into your clinic about a month ago to tell them my situation and I did, they recommended me lady in the office checked my ID and my insurance card then gave me an appointment for today 8/26/25 at 11: 10 a.m. got there at 10:24 with the SKYRIZI pen that I need for my psoriasis. After about 10 minutes my name got called gave the lady my ID and insurance card then she told me that I should have a referral first . I understand it but why didn’t tell me that when I first walked in? I took a day off from my work without pay only to be turned away.

My experience with Megan Wiesel, PA-C was great! I was able to check in and do all paperwork online before my appointment (which I loved!) The medical assistant/receptionist who checked me in made the process very smooth. I arrived to my appointment about 10 minutes early and was pulled in from the lobby to the room very quickly, maybe waited 3-5 mins. The medical assistant who took my chief complaint was welcoming and thorough. I did have a wait to see Megan Wiesel, probably 30 minutes I waited in the exam room before she was able to see me. Normally, this might drive me a little nuts, but she was very pleasant and informative during the entire exam. She really cared about what was going on with me and took the time to listen, so I didn't mind that I had to wait. Overall, a very good experience, I'm so happy I didn't just get written off, like I had been when I addressed certain concerns with other doctors. Very happy with my first visit and will definitely continue to visit there for regular checks/follow ups, etc.

It was a great experience, was in and out quickly. Service was fantastic, the doctor really took her time to explain things and really helped with other issues than just the one I initially needed addressed. She also gave me coupons for some of the medication(s), informational pamphlets for the others as well as several samples and made sure that the nurse who saw me afterwards handed me everything she instructed.

Yesterday was my last "official" visit with Dr. Wiesel, after about 1 1/2 years with her, and I can honestly say that she is the BEST!! She was friendly, helpful, genuinely concerned about the issues I have. She did everything she could to help me and if one medicine didn't work, she would try something else until I was satisfied. I very much like seeing Megan Wiesel. But quite frankly, I don't want to come back to the clinic because the ability to actually talk to someone (other than make an appointment) is really bad. I need a follow-up appointment for photodynamic therapy, but I can't get a hold of anyone at any of the offices and even when I can, they don't get back to me. Quite frankly, I used to live in Flagstaff and I'd rather drive the 250 miles each way to that office and get my exam and photodynamic light therapy in the same day than use your clinic. That's a shame because my experience dealing with Megan Wiesel is very good. Please get that fixed! It's up to you, you can either keep a customer or lose one. On a scale of 1-5 for the experience in dealing with the staff post examination, I'd give a '1'.

Frankly, I was afraid Dr. Megan W. would be like all the other dermatologists I have seen in the past, rushing in and out of the room not listening to your symptoms and concerns, and prescribing you the easiest thing that they can think of just to get it out of the way barely looking at the affected area and without performing appropriate tests. For the first time ever, I had a genuine dermatology visit. Dr. Megan was very friendly, empathetic, patient, and polite. She did an actual examination on me. She asked questions and allowed questions to be asked. She went over every one of my concerns and made recommendations. I feel I have finally found a professional and honest dermatologist.
