Check-in was easy because I had preregistered online. I was called about five minutes after my appointment time. The assistant who gave me vision tests and updated my history was capable and pleasant. Dr. Rouweyha has been outstanding since he started providing my eye care ten years ago. He always prepares by reviewing my history. He is always friendly and professional. I am pleased that he invites medical students to observe his visits after asking my permission, which I always grant. I was very happy with my visit and had no issues.

Dr. Orton was extremely informative and very helpful. He was able to diagnose my issue and he gave me good advice regarding how to safely treat my allergies with the correct eye drops.

The office was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

This facility is farther from my home, but was well worth the drive. I highly recommend this particular location.

Pros: Professional, polite, and efficient staff. Clean, orderly and tidy office/clinic. Ophthalmologist who examined my eyes, listened to me and answered my questions.

Cons: Lack of attention to detail, accuracy and continuity in some information regarding my primary medical care provider in my record. The issue was corrected when I pointed it out.

The Ophthalmologist entered the exam room. He introduced himself, but did not introduce the other two people who entered the room and remained during the entirety of the exam. The solution is simple. Take a moments and introduce the others and their reason for them being present.

4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 is the wait time. My appointment took nearly 3 hours, with most of that spent in the waiting room.
Once I was seen, though, the experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Orton was outstanding. He explained everything clearly as he went, has a great bedside manner, and made the exam comfortable and easy. If they could improve the wait times, this would be an easy 5-star review.

I was under the impression that I had a June 1st appointment but it turned out to be June 7th. I was told my Dr wasn't in and to make a new appointment. I didn't want to waste my two rides so I got in with a different Dr for same day an hour later. The young lady at the information desk was extremely helpful. I was called back by a young man who was less than friendly. No eye contact and seemingly not interested in his job. I did get great service at the optical center.
