What an amazing experience with Pardis Kelly, DPM and the entire team at Nevada Foot and Ankle

I originally scheduled an appointment because I was concerned about an ingrown toenail. During the examination, Dr. Kelly thoroughly evaluated my feet and discovered that I had a fungal infection on my toenails, likely caused by cross-contamination from a nail salon using the same polish on multiple clients.

What impressed me most was her attention to detail and genuine concern for my overall foot health. She explained that my ingrown toenail was actually relatively minor, but that it ended up being a blessing in disguise because it prompted me to seek treatment. Had the fungal infection gone unnoticed, it could have become a much more serious issue over time.

Dr. Kelly was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to educate me about the condition and treatment options. I left feeling informed, cared for, and grateful that the underlying problem was caught early.

I highly recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone looking for a podiatrist who is thorough, compassionate, and truly looks out for her patients' well-being.

This was a horrible experience starting from the first Uber driver who had difficulty finding the location. . I was meeting the client there to assist and I could not find it. The client finally made it there so I called. He was not familiar with the area so he asked the receptionist to help me. She said that I was near to him. WHAT? That was not any level of assistance. I finally found it after circling several times. I will admit I was irritated when I got in there and let the receptionist know that she could have been more efficient. She became rude and on my every word and she interrupted, like the hand in the face rude. .To top it off when it was the clients turn to see the doctor they refused to let me in with him. He in turn did not receive the service he was there for because he did not understand the questions the doctor asked him.I went back to DR Kelly and asked why. She said he did not qualify for the service his PCP requested. Besides being RUDE and interruptive when I also wanted to bring up the receptionist's poor customer service. It may have been because the receptionist was her daughter or a relative by the way she reacted. This service has been provided in the past by Advanced Orthopedic and Sport. I do not recommend Nevada Foot and Ankle.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kelly for over three years. She has addressed all of my many many problems and offered positive solutions to all of them. She is not one to recommend the most drastic measures available, such as Surgery. She takes the conservative approach and so far they have all worked. I just love her and will not go anywhere else!

I decided it was time to call in the professionals. I did a little bit of research and got some fantastic recommendations from friends, and that's how I ended up booking an appointment with Dr. Pardis Kelly. And oh my goodness, what a difference!

Seriously, I can now comfortably wear almost all of my closed-toe shoes again. She has years of experience, which is clear from how thoroughly she explains everything, but she's also just such a genuinely kind person. She takes her time with you, making sure all your questions are answered. And it's not just her; everyone in her office is lovely and makes you feel so welcome.

Horrible experience!... I was referred to doctor kelly by my pain management , doctor. The first issue I encountered with Nevada, foot and ankle was the time that they have listed for hours of operation is wrong and they are aware of it. But fail to change it on google. The only pleasant experience I had at that office was with the young lady at the front desk who was very nice. When I was called back into the room, by the medtech, in the midst of him, asking me questions of why I was there for The Visit, I was explaining to him what was going on with my foot. We were abruptly interrupted by Dr. Kelly. The way she spoke to the med tech was RUDE and off putting in front of a patient. That was so very unprofessional. Let me say this again.This was my very first visit!..And definitely my last. When "Dr. Kelly" did come back in the room to sit down with me...That's when it got crazy!!!...She told me to take my shoe off , I did. At that point I tried to explain to her I've had Two surgeries on my foot. She Then abruptly cut me off in the middle of me speaking and told me she did not bother to read my chart!... Every time I will try to speak, she would cut me off talking over me Disrespectfully!.. She told me she wasn't touching my foot, and that if I just needed a 2nd opinion maybe she'll do that. She then said to me, If I was of a lighter tone my foot would heal quicker, but because of my darker tone is the reason the wound isn't healing. Again this woman told me she didn't READ MY CHART!!!...She then got up in mid conversation and said she was going to check on another patient in the middle of my session!!..When she came back, she stated she wasn't a surgeon and then stated for the 2nd time she wasn't going to touch my foot. Let me add...I never asked her to!..After the way she talked to her staff and me I wouldn't trust her!!..I had to fight back tear and being rude right back to her!!..I was in disbelief in what had just happened. Never in my life have I ever experienced such rude and dismissive behavior from a medical Practitioner...EVER!..I left feeling discriminated against and Disrespected. It's hard for me to believe this office Goggle reviews 😕 I'm pretty sure it's the staff reviews and not actually patients 😕. I thought about my experience in this place all night long...because it really bothered me. I went there with good intentions hoping that there would be a solution for my pain, in hopes of a second opinion that didn't involve having yet a 3rd surgery. I walked out feeling discriminated against and Disrespected.

Let me add...There was another patient in the lobby who was there before me. She mentioned to me she had a bad experience as well. When she arrived for her appointment all the lights were off in the lobby. She had to yell for someone to come out and greet her. When someone finally came out she stated they said they were on lunch. They left her in the lobby with the light off 😒 this was a elderly lady I'm a wheelchair ♿️.
