When I first came in and I went through my first day, I thought the workout was a little bit on the light side. I had no idea how much it was helping my foot. I wasn’t impressed at first, but I most definitely am now. You don’t realize how much it helps until probably your second week. The staff is professional and on top of it. Even their receptionist is quite good. I listen to her handle cases over the phone and she really puts in the effort. The guys, they throw different things at you for one goal in mine and that is to bring complete healing. I sometimes thought this or that wasn’t gonna do much but it really did. Don’t blow anything off, and listen to what they say, and do it !!! You will recover!😉

SUPERB RECOVERY!!

My husband had his shoulder replaced in 2025, we chose Optimal Physical Therapy where he made a great recovery.

I just had my right shoulder replaced in March, so I also chose Optimal. Tim Scanlon leads the operation and is exceptionally knowledgeable about all aspects of physical therapy. I had the pleasure of working with each technician within his team - Eric, Rayden, Michelle, Ryan, and Ava. They were all very caring and supportive throughout my rehabilitation. Lauren handles the phones and scheduling, and is always friendly and accommodating.

I went to my final session today, feeling great, with full range of motion, and wanted to thank these fine folks. Their new facility on Boulder and Racetrack is beautiful! This team is deserving of their new digs!

I highly recommend Optimal Physical Therapy to anyone in southeast Henderson or Boulder City! 👍🏻

I recently had a knee replacement and am attending Optimal Therapy on East Lake Meade in Henderson. The staff are knowledgeable, polite and attentive. I had so many different centers to choose from. I am just happy I decided to try Optimal! From the moment I walked in the receptionist Lauren made me feel right at home. Tim the lead therapist and all the rest of the staff were just great. I am going to have my other knee replaced soon and will go right back to Optimal for physical Theropy again there. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a physical Theropy home.

Optimal Therapy not only helped me through rehab of my back injury, but also taught me how to prevent back injuries through stretching and building and engaging my core strength. The physical therapy team at Optimal Therapy on Lake Mead parkway did a great job of helping me deal with two unrelated physical problems: pain in my back when I stood still for more than a few minutes, and an ankle that collapsed a couple of times. Two different doctors prescribed physical therapy for my two problems, and Optimal Therapy folks did a great job of balancing the time to treat one problem thoroughly before starting treatment for the next. They did thorough diagnostics to determine my physical strengths and weaknesses, and offered me a combination of exercises to do at home and a wider set of exercises to do multiple times a week at their facility, with their supervision and coaching. Their treatment was successful, and I continue to do the home exercises they prescribed to keep my physical condition good. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future if needed, and I would unequivocally recommend them to others needing physical therapy.

My son was referred here for physical therapy after being diagnosed with AMPS. They are wonderful! All of them! Lauren at the front desk is an absolute gem! She is friendly and very helpful! Percy put my son at ease and they bonded instantly. The initial evaluation was very thorough and we left with a game plan set. Since my son started attending PT here he has been able to be more active and he looks forward to his weekly appointments. Facility is clean and Percy is thorough in what he explains and advises. Will only use this place from now on for our PT needs.

I came to them in pretty bad shape feeling hopeless about my condition. 4 months of PT with Percy and Ceilia and I am back to work full time and doing well. After a grueling 4 1/2 hr back surgery followed by a 11/2 month stay in the hospital & a rehab I came to Optimal Physical Therapy a wreck. I could barely walk or stand up straight nor did I have any strength in my back or leg. Through the tenacious work of Drs Percey & Tim along with their dedicated PTA's I can now walk & stand straight, with the use of a cane, instead of a walker. The strength has re-developed in my back & leg.
I have unfortunately been to multiple Physical Therapy offices including the one that was in the same location Optimal now inhabits & I can say Optimal out shines them all. I highly recommend them & their entire staff. Including the front desk staff.

I’ll just say I’m 33 I’ve got lupus&scleroderma, arthritis+++ gone to this specific location not just because it’s perfectly close to my home but the staff, they’re my favorite for sure (next is Boulder City!🥳& Specifically the COTA Kris B!❤️‍🩹🙏🏼)
When I started years ago I was constantly in& out of a wheelchair on disability. First with Tavin’s help & now Tim’s help (as well as all of the bundles of awesome: the PTA’s!❤️‍🩹🙏🏼), not only have I’ve gotten out of my wheelchair completely and stopped walking like a hunchbacked ancient person, I’ve started working for the first time in 10 years! Tim just keeps up fixing me up by fixing me up with the perfect exercises tailored specifically to me (-with every patient of course!) & my needs, even if it’s just that 1 appointment I need altered for that day if I’m at an extra pain level.
The Gatekeeper aka Aesha at Reception is forever a great joy to see when I enter and she always ALWAYS brightens my spirits when I come in, especially when I am not feeling the best that day! My go to location because of the healthcare champions!❤️‍🩹🙏🏼🥰 Thank you all so much for helping me stand up on my own two feet, (without assistance!!!!🤩🥳!!)! I have great experiences here. From Ieesha at the front to Timothy, Jacob, Garrett, Trevor & Nakia......they have made it their mission to do their best to help me on the road to recovery. I have made great progress thanks to these dedicated people. In my never to be humble opinion, if some- one is not happy with Optimal Therapy it's because they didn't put in the work. Sure, it hurts.....it's an injury! I have personally witnessed people's lack of commitment.....it is not due to the lack of help and instructions by the staff. I was injured in a rear-end accident. Even after chiropractic treatment and injections, I was still in pain that I thought was never going to get better.

I started PT with Tavin and Jason and it really helped.

Tavin recommended dry needling. I thought it was crazy, but he convinced me to try it. Honestly, I would've tried anything to reduce the pain. I was amazed at how much it helped. I had an immediate drop in my pain level.

After weeks of working with Tavin and the other staff, I was able to turn my neck without pain and my back and headache pains were manageable.

I appreciated that Tavin listened to me and developed a plan of therapy tailored to my injuries. Everyone at this office was friendly and supportive.

One of the best experiences I have had since relocating to Henderson.
The waiting room is small, but very clean, the restroom is immaculate (this was impressive, it made me feel comfortable knowing they are following Covid protocols) mask are required and the staff all wear masks, they offer parking in a small lot that is shared with a few other merchants. The staff is excellent from the front desk to all of the Therapist's. They are all very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable as well as professional. My Therapist were Tavin and Justin and both were expectation, again I was impressed with their customer service.
I never thought I would look forward to Therapy visits :)

3rd time I tried this place after multiple surgerys with my hips. I hate it. I hate it as soon as I walk in the front door. I want to be inspired with my physical therapy. This place is a hole in the wall. Old, yucky and not inviting. Needless to say I asked my surgeon for a different Physical Therapy after the 3rd visit and was given that choice and it is awesome! Bright, with Windows, and so open and airy. They were great. I so wanted to be able to go here as it's close to my house. Disapointed it's still the same dive.

The office staff is friendly & they actually call you back when they say they will! I thought my daughter's appointment was much faster than it should have been. The therapist only worked with her about 15 minutes & she was done. Maybe because it was only her 2nd visit. I'll update next week after her appointment.
