This place sucks so much. Why bother giving them any stars when they are not deserving of one? What aggravates me the most is the wait time. How am I expected to show up at my scheduled appointment time when I’ll be sitting for nearly half an hour? My first time visiting was for wisdom teeth extraction, which then led to them discovering 3 of my teeth had cavities; I had to get crowns on them. After having the crowns for a year and a half, I was advised that one of them was starting to show signs of a gap, which meant they would have to replace it. Apparently, Dr Lia, don’t know or care if it was spelled correctly, did a horrendous job and did not properly assess this sooner. Got that replaced and taken care of. Flash forward to March 2026, about 5 months later, and Dr. Verde noticed another crown showing signs of gaps. Rather than having this replaced immediately, I decided to wait a further 6 months to see if anything would change. July 31 rolled around, and that same crown that was being surveilled popped off while I was chewing my food. I grew increasingly enraged at what just happened. Now, as of writing this, the permanent crown that they got back is NOT ready because someone in their lab just messed up the final permanent one. NOW I AM HAVING TO RESCHEDULE THIS AGAIN!! All this place cares about is the money, and only they win while the patient suffers. I would rather pay a homeless guy to use the back end of a soup ladle to fix my shit.

My personal experience at radiant smiles,my God where do I start, I was dental assistant for 8 years cross trained work with over 4 dentist for dentists over 8 years, so when I walk into this office they have several Lowe's locations which led to believe I was that I was going to get the chain of Dentist feel. Instead I was impress it was very much the opposite and that's very important to me cause I know and is very familiar with the the profession. Dr Andrade was professional and her bedside manner was unmatched. Also another person that stands out was Chelsea I really appreciate everything that she did and the way she talked to me as if I was just a friend that she's known for a long time girl is good at what she does I watched her I watched her coaching young lady that was on her working interviewed and I know for most people those are the most annoying amount of times because you feel like you're being critiqued and it's hard to take constructive criticism but she was given constructive criticism in one of the best ways I've ever seen she's so funny and they make me feel so calm I am so elated and I am so overwhelmed with Joy about how my recent deep cleaning went I can't wait to get my crown and I can't wait to be back in their company also Chelsea recommended that I submit a resume I couldn't imagine myself working around other people that were nothing like them that is definitely a team for me so I'm definitely going to do that you guys are amazing keep doing what you do regardless if I get the job or not I'll still be a patient.

This office wanted to charge me $1,000+ for dental work that I did not need. I visited this office 8/10/2026 for a toothache. I was told I had a big cavity on the tooth and that I was likely suffering from “cracked tooth syndrome” (the tooth was chipped as well). Dentist also stated that I may be grinding my teeth at night. I was quoted $700 for a mouth guard, $300 for a filling to treat the cavity, and nearly $125 for a simple cleaning and fluoride. The doctor heavily advised against getting an over the counter mouth guard. I decided to just go with the cleaning and was not impressed. The assistant polished my teeth in a couple minutes. The dentist did nothing. Not worth $125 at all. The dentist also stated that I needed to see an endodontist, stated that my bite was not normal, and that I may be wearing down my teeth. I left the office stressed and nearly in tears from everything the dentist told me.

I decided to get a second opinion about a week later at a different office. I was told that I had no cavities at all and nothing about “cracked tooth syndrome” was mentioned. Nothing about me wearing down my teeth was mentioned. Nothing about an endodontist was mentioned. They did agree that my tooth was chipped and that I may be grinding my teeth at night and said a simple over the counter mouth guard will do the trick. No need for a $700 one. Dentist did a deep cleaning and readjusted my bite to hopefully help with the toothache. I paid $59 for everything. They did more than radiant smiles and I paid way less. Since that appointment, the pain has improved.

I am disappointed to say the least. Please beware of this office and always get a second opinion.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at Radiant Smiles on Nellis between Charleston and Sahara.
​During my first visit back, I felt repeatedly pressured to accept a laser cleaning add-on, spending 15 minutes on the phone insisting on just receiving the deep cleaning I had agreed to. There are cleanings, deep cleaning and then laser.
My budget allows for a deep cleaning.
​More recently, I came in for an extraction due to significant pain. While I understand that a bone graft is standard procedure prior to an implant, I clearly communicated that I could not afford the graft at this time and simply needed relief from the pain. Rather than demonstrating empathy or hearing my concerns, staff continually relied on "the doctor recommends" to push the service.
​High-quality patient care requires empathy, active listening, and respecting a patient's financial boundaries especially in today's economy. Not considering where my pain level was AT ALL, the only concern was the payment.
I have had bone grafts done before a few weeks before an implant so I KNOW it can be done later.
Because I no longer feel heard or supported as a patient, I will be seeking dental care somewhere else.

Very disappointed with Radiant Smiles. They pushed multiple payment options with misleading information and somehow left me with two loans. Every time I called for answers, I was told they would run an audit and get back to me, but they never did. I constantly had to follow up, only to hear the same response over and over.

They also claimed my insurance didn't qualify for a peer-to-peer review, yet my insurance company confirmed they never received the necessary documentation and that a peer-to-peer could still be done. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and misleading information throughout the process. Proceed with caution.

Ariel, Chelsea. And Dr. Verde were amazing! Ariel was great at keeping conversation with me (dentist make me so nervous) so she definitely calmed my nerves. Chelsea was also so kind and knowledgeable. Dr Verde was amazing, he did my cleaning and explained the procedures I need done and allowed me to ask any questions.

This office is superb!!! From the moment I called the receptionist was friendly to I walked in and got a great comfortable experience. Ariel Chelsea and Dr.Verde was very honest and professional and showed empathy to my embarrassing smile and offer many options to correct to gain confidence back!!!
