The wait was way too long and Dr Resh was very rude. Iβve never felt more ignored by a doctor in my 38 years of being alive.

Dr. RESH is very thorough with your results and commends you with your progress. Heβs a very down to earth gentleman with a very brite outlook on life. Heβs very positive about being healthy with your heart. I like him a lot and would recommend him highly if someone asked about a Heart Doctor. Thank you Dr. RESH for being there for me.

Dr Resh is a man of few words but gets to the point succinctly and well. Definitely impressed with his no nonsense approach to health-care and his refreshingly direct means of communicating detailed medical information to the layman.

Dr. Resh is always 1 hour plus late. Iβve been going to him for 3+ years and even if I get the very first appt. of the day, he is still an hour late. Obviously no respect for patients or his staff.

I have been going to Dr Resh for over 10 years. I have even sent my wife and daughter to him when they needed a visit. He has always been direct and to the point and answers any questions I have for him. His experience is why I go back and I like getting in and out when appropriate and getting tests when needed.

Seems like a good doctor. Helped me with my issues. Just terrible at making you feel heard. Doesnβt really take any time to talk with you or allow you to ask questions. I had 2 in office appointments with him. They lasted 5 minutes combined. He literally got up and was walking out the door as Iβm asking questions.

I had my initial consultation with Dr. Resh in May after being referred by my primary care physician. I am 46 years old and have high blood pressure, as well as a family history of stroke and atrial fibrillation. I had been experiencing strong heart palpitations and an intermittent fluttering sensation that sometimes felt as though my heart was going to pound out of my chest. I could hear and feel my heartbeat, and at one point, I even passed out at work.
During my first appointment, Dr. Resh barely allowed me to speak. I was only able to say a few words and never had the opportunity to fully explain my symptoms or concerns. He ordered a Holter monitor and a nuclear stress test. Although I found him extremely abrupt and intimidating, I assumed he simply had poor bedside manner and needed the test results before discussing my condition further. When I checked out, I told the staff member that I found Dr. Resh scary. She smirked in a way that made me feel as though this was not the first time she had heard that comment.
It took approximately one month to get the monitor and stress test. A few days ago, I returned for my follow-up appointment to review the results. Dr. Resh walked in abruptly, sat down, quickly reviewed the information on his laptop, stated that my test results were within normal limits, and immediately appeared ready to end the appointment.
He mentioned that my blood pressure was elevated. I explained that I had accidentally forgotten to take my blood pressure medication that morning, but that my readings are normally around 120. I also explained that I was anxious about the appointment. Despite this, he insisted that my blood pressure was still too high and wanted to add another medication on top of my current prescription. I told him that I was uncomfortable increasing my medication based on one elevated reading when I had missed my medication that morning and my readings are normally controlled.
The appointment lasted less than eight minutes, and he again attempted to end the visit without addressing the reason I had been referred to him. I finally asked what I was supposed to do about the palpitations, fluttering, and other symptoms I was continuing to experience. His exact response was, βJust ignore it.β
I was stunned. I felt so dismissed and frustrated that I was close to tears. I have been genuinely frightened by these symptoms and worried that something serious could happen to me. Being told to simply ignore them, without any explanation, reassurance, additional evaluation, or discussion of what warning signs to watch for, was completely unacceptable.
I understand that test results may be within normal limits, but patients still deserve to be heard and have their concerns addressed. Dr. Resh showed no compassion, did not take the time to listen, and made me feel as though my symptoms and fears did not matter. I left the appointment without answers, without reassurance, and feeling more afraid than I did before I arrived.

Dr. Resh is consistently late for his appointments. After asking questions of the staff, it's the same reason each time: Dr. Resh comes into the office late. After I asked him a question about his being late, he waited to put my check-out information into the system. I saw two other patients check out before me. This was an act of retaliation for asking him about his being late all the time.
