Showed up for my appointment today for a doctor follow up and lab visit. Turns out the doctor had forgotten to put the orders for lab the last time that I was here. 3 hours in to my wait I come out and ask again for my labs to be drawn only to be told that I "needed to be patient and there is another person here who has been waiting for 2 hours already, you can go to the quest diagnostics and schedule an appointment if you want".

Dismissive and downright rude. Not helpful whatsoever.

I went in there for a routine physical and told everything was great and they would call me to pick up the paperwork later that day. A couple hours later I got a call from the receptionist telling me Dr. Harb had failed my physical and I was being referred to a cardiologist. I asked why and was told it was something to do with my EKG. That was a scary and unnecessary phone call. I asked to speak to Dr. Harb and was told that was not possible because he is actually not based on site. I asked for a copy of my EKG and ran that bad boy through Chat GPT. Chat GPT said it was fine if I was in great shape and was asymptomatic. I am a competing athlete and my EKG represented that. I repeatedly asked to speak to Dr. Harb as I did not want to spend 1000’s of dollars at a cardiologist for no reason at all. Each time I was denied. I finally had to send an email implying I was going to go the Nevada Medical Board because failing a patient without ever examining him is a big NO NO in the medical community. After the email I got a call to come pick up my physical form at the office. The physical form clearly stated to not leave any lines blank or the form would be rejected. Dr. Harb left half of the form blank and it was rejected. I was already past the deadline and in jeopardy of losing my spot in this athletic event I was doing. I had to literally drive to this man’s private office and stand over him as if he was a child and point out every line of the physical that needed to be filled out. I had to call off work that day to do this. This was the most painstaking experience I have ever had doing anything. There is a reason why many Americans are now going to Tijuana for better medical care.

I will say this. The people that work in the office are wonderful. My advice to them is to go someplace where the higher ups listen to you and stop making this man money.

My husband had an appointment for 1pm. We got a call for the office and asked to make sure we were coming. I've been coming here for years for B12 shots and I love it! As a performer and production worker who goes through long shifts, weekends, and contracts, the B12 has helped with my energy levels, even once I replenished a prior deficiency. The staff is always wonderful, today I was helped by a great triage team including Sabrina, Tayjha, Yara. I don't remember my nurse's name with the pretty braids and piercing but she made it quick and totally painless! I recommend B12 (and getting them at this facility) for anybody who lives or works a taxing life/career, or just wants to try a boost for the heck of it.

I was feeling incredibly sick for two days and finally decided I needed to go to urgent care. Since I recently moved to a new state and don’t have insurance, I was honestly nervous about finding a place that was both trustworthy and affordable.
I’m so glad I chose Sahara West Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, professional, and quick to help. There was no wait, and the nurses and doctor saw me right away. What stood out most was that they genuinely took my condition seriously. They diagnosed me with a 105 fever and immediately started helping me feel better by prescribing multiple medications and scheduling me for IV treatment the next day. The IV cost is $250 for a full IV bag. As an uninsured patient, I was relieved that the visit only cost $95 with no surprise charges afterward. They also sent my prescriptions to Walgreens, where I was able to use GoodRx discounts to keep the medication affordable. I did want to do the lab work they recommended, but at around $450, I had to hold off for now. Even so, I really appreciated how upfront and understanding they were about costs. Overall, I’m extremely thankful for the care I received here. Being sick and uninsured can feel overwhelming, but they made the whole experience much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and affordable urgent care. ❤️

I am genuinely confused by the 4.5-star rating because it does not reflect the quality of care I experienced. The facility appeared noticeably unkempt, and there was a lack of basic professionalism. Personal health information was discussed openly within earshot of others, which felt careless and inappropriate.

I was repeatedly encouraged to consent to high-cost labs without clear explanation, and when I declined, the tone shifted from sympathetic to dismissive, bordering on scolding. At no point did I feel that patient autonomy or cost-conscious care was a priority.

I left feeling uncomfortable, judged, and financially targeted. Based on my experience, the high rating is not representative of the environment or the standard of care currently being offered.

The guy working there was unable to draw my blood so he said he was gonna send the work order to quest. I Asked if I could have the paper copy of the work order he refused and said he was going to send it. I went to quest the next day and no work order was on file so I wasted time going there. I paid for an appointment and got no service because I couldn’t get my blood work done there and the guy didn’t send my work order over as he said. The soap in their bathroom has water added to it so I don’t even know how sanitary that is for medical professionals to be using a bottle of soap with water added to it they can’t even afford to sanitize their hands. If you are uninsured and recently moved out of state, this is the ideal spot for you. Their prices are reasonable. The service is straightforward and not too bad, but don't expect the same degree of care as you would with high-quality insurance. Apart from a few small miscommunications and minor issues based on my experience, you should disregard them because their prices are reasonable and you might find a better level of service elsewhere. But I would only suggest this location if you are uninsured because it is straightforward and reasonably priced. They offer very reasonable prices and their customer service is ok.

Went today because their website clearly states they offer x-rays. Don’t be fooled - they actually only have x-rays Tuesdays and Thursdays, but the provider said the manager doesn’t want to change the site to accurately reflect the x-ray availability . I was charged $95 and received no actual help because imaging is needed to know the extent of my injury. Front desk person lied and said the machine was down.

The higher rating is due to the office giving a free vitamin b12 shot if you post a 5 star rating. Feels like I was scammed.

You need to update your website to reflect the actual availability of the X-ray machine. IT WAS NOT DOWN - you only offer X-rays on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I went on a Friday and I do not appreciate being lied to on a second occasion about the machine.

The provider himself said it made no sense to go to the other imaging place as it would take longer to have the imaging read due to the holiday and I needed the information more quickly. I obtained an x-ray AND the results Saturday after flying home at a place equipped to offer urgent care that includes X-rays. Why would I wait until Thursday to receive results from the place you recommended? My refusal made medical sense and was supported by the doctor at the clinic.

I understand $95 is the co-pay, but NOTHING of help was provided to me because you all could not properly examine the extent of my injury. I would not have gone to your business had I known that you don’t offer x-rays every day.

I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly. The waiting room was clean. Even though they had an emergency walk in, my wait time was still low for an urgent care. The Dr, Kelsie Fagaragan, was knowledgeable and helpful. The nurse was amazing and did a phenomenal job drawing my blood. 1st Visit to this facility, in need of a corticosteroid shot for severe inflammation . Beyond helpful staff as they helped me get relief FAST!! Also conveniently close to home, being though I had to drive myself in lots of pain.

To start off, looks like they are closed on weekends.
I showed up at 11:50 am on a saturday for a booked appointment, and the doors were locked, and no one looked to be inside.
Either they weren't open or were out for lunch.

But to go back to my review:
I had a great session when I came in for an infection, and the doctor was able to get me taken care of and write out a prescription. Great service when open, and friendly staff.

Jessica works the front desk she has great customer service skills she went above and beyond her job to help me get my Tb test done for my job. Jennifer is a great phlebotomist her technique was amazing I didn't feel a thing. They have great personalities and they definitely deserve a raise lol keep up the good work.

Absolutely love the Sahara Urgent Care Center. Fast and efficient check-in service. Barely any wait time and extremely clean and comfortable lobby area. The staff are friendly, professional and operated seamlessly from the time of signing in to the very moment you leave. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Every procedure or plan of treatment was thoroughly explained and advised on anything else that I could be proactive regarding the overall health of my children and I. My youngest feels at ease and prefers to go to their urgent care above any other clinic in our area. I was so impressed, I decided to make them my family’s primary care provider. My roommate has no insurance but thanks to the low cost for office visits he is able to get consistent care for his health conditions.
I highly recommend them.

I’ve been coming to this office for a couple years now, and I can confidently say they are one of the best medical offices I’ve ever been to — and I’m from Las Vegas! Quality healthcare is hard to find, especially in Vegas, but this office really stands out. From the providers to the front office staff, everyone is always so kind, professional, and welcoming. I had the most wonderful experience at this Ugent Care location. I had very bad cold flu and Cristopher gave me such excellent care. I received Z-pak, b-12 and already I'm feeling amazing.
