I’m so grateful they were able to get me in the same day while I was visiting from out of town and dealing with quite a bit of pain. I signed up 3 months ago but after trying to go more than 10 times they usually have rooms full of 30 or more people waiting. It's a complete scam because you pay them for 4x a month but they don't offer to provide any service. I go 6x but each time I walk in It's basically like sitting in the DMV or the social security office. The very few chiropractors I actually saw seemed good but they're not accessible and they're overworked. I went here 18 times but only the chiropractor for 4 of those times because they were too busy. My back hurts more than ever :(

I’m leaving 3 stars to average this out. 5 for the Chiropractors (amazing) and 1 for the front desk guy with the curly hair and glasses (didn’t get his name). I’ve been a customer at multiple Joints for almost 10 years, and have never seen a front desk person so pushy and borderline insulting. He told me that I should get a massage since I refused to buy a package (due to my frequent international travel schedule). I understand trying to make a sale but when a person gives a firm, hard no- it is a no, no need to get argumentative or insulting. And maybe try smiling and be more polite, maybe you’ll actually sell one to someone whose schedule can accommodate.

I had a great experience during my visit to The Joint. Drae was very attentive and welcoming from the moment I arrived. He took the time to really listen to my concerns about my pain and made sure to communicate that information to Dr. Matthew. Today I stopped by because I was feeling tension on the right side of my body. Drae assisted me with respect and professionalism. I think he could tell I was not feeling well because I was a walk in. He made accommodation's so that I could be seen. After filling out the new patient paperwork I was introduced to Matthew he was the Chiropractor that performed my adjustment's. He asked me question's and performed an evaluation to understand and help me feel better. At first I was skeptical and didn't think I was going to feel relief but I was wrong. After the adjustment's were done I felt like I could breathe, aligned, and I could look in both directions easily. I look forward to becoming a long term patient at The Joint Chiropractic.

I just moved to Las Vegas, and I am in need of chiropractor. I’ve gone to The Joint Chiropractic in Arizona for many years, however, my last experience was very unpleasant, and I stopped going and found an independent chiropractor. Today I decided to return to The Joint Chiropractic near my home on Blue Diamond. I must say that the establishment has redeemed itself here in Las Vegas! Carla, at the front desk, was very personable, communicative and pleasant to speak with. Dr. Gina was my chiropractor and she was very knowledgeable and understanding of my ongoing lower lumbar pain and osteoarthritis. Dr. Brim was amazing! I’ve been a long-time member of The Joint and have visited several locations, but my experience at the Blue Diamond location truly stood out.

Man, I have been seeing 4 different joint chiropractics chiropractors in my home city. One is great at my neck but doesn’t do anything to adjust my back. One is better at my back but doesn’t do anything for my neck. Both of those rotate and are further away. The closest one to me barely gets my back adjusted and makes me super nervous about my neck.

The adjuster I had today, I didn’t get his name but he was a younger guy with glasses, helped me entirely. I had spent several days in Death Valley National Park in so much pain it was impacting the trip. I had been eating Tylenol and muscle relaxers the whole time to just try to make it through each day. I was miserable and didn’t even want to really eat. After my adjustment from him I couldn’t believe I felt so much better and could remember what not being in pain was.

I wish I would have gotten your name but truly, thank you for your help today. I desperately needed that adjustment and I’ve been in pain for so long it’s crazy to feel any semblance of normalcy.

Today I visited The Joint Blue Diamond and met with a wonderful staff. Dr. Brim’s consultation was thorough, precise, and most importantly, not rushed. I will walk like a primate before going to the chiropractor. As a hobbyist pole dancer and lyra artist I have enough bone cracking falls to insure my knuckles drag the ground. This time I knew I had to get help I hadn’t seen the sky in weeks. I walked into the joint and was greeted by a truly kind front of office. She was efficient and enthusiastic. After paperwork I was seen almost immediately. The noise of my body cracking is a huge deterrent to regular visits. I asked if I could wear air pods, he agreed even though he had to yell at me and sign to tell me to roll over. He had good insight and didn’t give me the standard chiropractor “your spine will fall out if you don’t come twice daily”. The whole thing was a quick, efficient, healing 15 minutes.

Hello I went to this location on this Tuesday on the 5th Elizabeth and around 1:00 p.m. and it was close so I thought it was too early for the Lunch close right I said oh my gosh you know I got here too early cuz I know I noticed that they close from 1:30 to 2:30 however then I saw another notice on the door saying that the whole office was going to be closed because the doctor was out of town so right so I don't in this case you know if you can please let the people know that you going to be close or not before they arrive to your office because I did call again yesterday August the 6th and people didn't the whole day out nobody answered so I didn't want to drive again all the way to the office just to find out that the office was closed you know so if you can please give me an update about the office is open or closed I will appreciate that so I don't have to drive all the way there because it takes me about half an hour just to get there one way you know so it's an hour to drive just for nothing so if you can please you know let people know before that they drive all the way there we will appreciate that thank you

Edited my rating from 5 stars. This place used to be great and had great staff. Unfortunately, since everyone changed out and also since larger business changes, this place is not what it used to be. Front desk isn't very helpful. Chiropractors don't listen and don't help with the areas you need help. They also turn people away to close down early. To be clear, the whole business shortened their hours, but even with fewer hours, they'll stop taking people extra early. If they decide they want to leave early, they will now regularly stop taking people. I've seen them do it even when they're slow and people are in extreme pain. They do not care anymore.

Dr. MELMIN IS ALMOST PARALYZED ME AND THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS BECAUSE THE COOPORATE WILL NOT GET BACK AT ME AFTER A WHOLE WEEK. He obviously hates his job telling clients that he can’t do this forever and he seemed frustrated with a long line ahead before closing time (6pm) .
He took his frustration on me. Snapped my neck VERY AGGRESIVELY when I wasn’t even ready, I wasn’t even laying down yet. I said it was sore and he said it was normal.
Mind you, I’m a 110lbs woman. He put all his weight on my and DIGGED in my back I couldn’t breathe. I THOUGHT HE WAS GONNA CRUSH ME.
Next 3 days I could not turn my head, my back was sore than ever, I had to ice it, patch it, ibuprofen, nothing helped.
Nobody is getting back at me.
Apparently there is only 1 regional manager and seems like she’s too busy to ever get back at me.
I’ve been a customer for 4 years (I even have the $69 /month Plan) but I can tell that this company does not treat doctors and patient with dignity. They only care about money if a doctor were to paralyze you, they probably will just tell you that you signed a waiver so too bad for you.

I have been coming recently to help with my posture and it has been super helpful. The front desk is super friendly and their chiropractors are quick and very knowledgeable. I cant recommend it enough if you want to fix get that boost in confidence or better form on your lifts.

A back that had an incredible amount of wear and tear from decades of grappling, endurance Racine and weight lifting to a back that is back to healthy levels of mobility and durability thanks to Dr. Cooper and Dr. Ciro. Dr. Ghiraldi was phenomenal! His understanding of the physics and fundamentals of the body leads to effective relief. He was able to alleviate the chronic discomfort I have been suffering with for years. I highly recommend seeing him. I live out of state but Dr. Ghiraldi is my go to stop when I’m in town. I appreciate that they have been more consistent with two doctors on-site. Front desk people I have encountered are helpful and nice. Just remember- like other locations - they do a mid afternoon lunch hour. Don’t go here - wink wink - I would rather this location not get any busier.

Dr. Cooper helped my Mom’s back/hip/shoulder pain with a very thorough adjustment. She was so happy and grateful after sitting in an uncomfortable airplane seat while she visited me in Las Vegas from the east coast and his adjustment did exactly what her body needed! Michael M. at the Front Desk was incredibly patient as my Mom could not see the paperwork needed to be able to be seen by the Doctor. She was crying due to her eye pain and Michael read the questionnaire to her so she could verbally answer. His empathy and professionalism were very much appreciated by her. After a Mountain Biking accident where I flipped over my handlebars landing on my sacrum, I was experiencing some discomfort (not pain). It was affecting my overall mobility as I’m an active person. I saw Dr. Ciro for an assessment and he seemed confident that he could give me some adjustments that would improve my discomfort and mobility. He took his time explaining other concerns that were attributing to my discomfort. In addition, he guided me through some exercises/stretches that were helpful as well.
Extremely affordable care. I’ve signed up for weekly adjustments.
