1st I want to say I have a huge fear of the dentist from childhood. On my 1st visit with Dr. McRae, he was understanding and thoughtful. He explained everything that was happening and I didn't once feel anxious or nervous. He is such an awesome dentist. I no longer have a fear of the dentist and happily go to my 6 month checkup!

I spoke with an Office Administrator as I am looking for a new dentist (my prior dentist moved back to California).

The Office Administrator I spoke with had zero clue what they were doing, refused to give me ball park quotes for the direct services I asked for, and claimed that "Their system is running so slow... They could not even schedule a New Patient Exam due to their system being too slow".

I was able to get the Office Administrator to state that their new patient Exam (X-Ray, Exam, Cleaning) is $199.00 for out-of-pocket patients, which is more than double most New Patient quotes I received, and is $50.00 more expensive than the most expensive quote I received this morning...

I am not able to review the actual dentists here, but the initial contact with their Office Admin, and their prices ensured that I would be going elsewhere for my dental needs.

The last thirty years I had a lot of dental work done by different dentists mostly in New York City . After moving to Las Vegas I consider myself lucky to have found Willow Springs Dental . "I love dentist visits," said no-one EVER😂 Well I am a fan!!!! Not because I just had a crown and 2 fillings done but because Amy and Dr Emmet are freaking outstanding at their work! Dana goes out of her way to help me with my walker. She always tells me what she is doing and instructs me on how I can improve my oral hygiene. My only negative from this visit was the introduction of rugs through out the office. I use a walker and got my foot caught on the edge of the rug. Rugs are considered a fall risk.

I’ve been going to Willow Springs Dental for years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience even close to what I had with Maggie, the dental hygienist. She is absolutely next level.

From the moment I sat down, it felt less like a routine cleaning and more like a luxury spa treatment for my teeth. Maggie has this uncanny ability to make you feel totally comfortable while also somehow working with the precision of a NASA engineer.

The cleaning itself? Unreal. My teeth came out feeling so smooth I briefly considered whether I should start speaking more clearly just so people could appreciate them. She was gentle, thorough, and somehow made flossing advice sound like life-changing wisdom instead of something I’ve ignored for decades.

I had an atrocious dentist that recommended procedures that I did not need to pocket extra money and I mentioned this to a close friend of mine I shall refer to as Antonio and he came through bigly. He recommended Willow Springs Dental. I needed a crown procedure completed and a second opinion on what the previous dentist had said was required. Dr. Emett was absolutely outstanding. He was professional and diplomatic in saying he would recommend a more conservative care approach and proceeded to do an amazing job with his assistant who was also incredible. His demeanor was exceptionally friendly and very likable. I have had many dentists in my time, which included Navy dentists (the horror) and this is by far the best dentist office I have ever visited. Two weeks ago I had oral surgery at Willow Springs Dental to reduce a boney growth in my lower jaw. Knowing the invasiveness of the surgery and expecting the worst in pain, I went under Dr. Spelman's scalpel. 20 minutes later the surgery was complete, sutures tied. Armed with pressure gauze pads. I went home to recover. There was absolutely no pain! I can say that the only procedures that hurt were the pricks of the numbing injections. No bleeding! Sutures out yesterday. Nothing to show for my fear but a smooth jaw! Dr. Spelman is an artist. Who knew?

I'm so thankful to have found Willow Springs and Jennifer, my hygienist! My first experience with a dentist in Vegas wasn't good - they were charging insane prices and had shady practices. But Willow Springs is the opposite. From the receptionists to the hygienist to the dentist, everything is such a wonderful experience. Going to the dentist is never fun, but they're so kind and gentle with you (including your ego!).

They won't even charge you for new patient xrays if you've had some within a certain amount of time, even if they have to retake xrays because the other dentist's xrays were unusable. That's amazing and so generous. I highly recommend them to anyone. You're at no risk to come here if you were mistreated by another dentist! I only stayed with the other one for as long as I did because I didn't want to pay so much. And I promise you'll feel lucky to have found them and won't want to leave.

Jennifer is truly the best too. She is a great person, she remembers things about you (which is incredible considering how many people she must see!), she's patient, and she's so kind. She is fantastic at cleaning your teeth thoroughly. And she is a generous person leading a non-profit on the side for a fantastic purpose.

My recent cleaning with Diana was my first cleaning in 8 years due to my case taking so long with detours at every corner - there was just too much going on healing to cram it in.

From booking to front desk, from cleaning to exam, very positive experience. Maggie was so kind, gentle, and complimented me on the care I take. The office is really very nice, the front desk workers are gracious, and the doctor was also wonderful (sorry I forget which one I saw). Couple of special mentions: First, they do everything there so if you need a root canal or crown, an extraction or implant, it's all there they do not send out, which I do not care for as it's a waste of time for me if sent to endodontist (they may send some cases to endo's I don't know). The doctor also mentioned taking a conservative approach to dental care. I did not feel pressured in any way and was charged in accordance with what my insurance covered. 100% satisfied & highly recommend. This was the third dental office we've had since moving to Las Vegas/Summerlin and so far and by far the best yet!

I had an urgent need for some assistance with transferring dental records to another state as I have just relocated. I called today and was met with a tsunami of kindness, professionalism and courtesy from Sara. Sara was quick to set a tone of "can do" and set in motion a short series of email communications that certainly exceeded expectations and linked my records with my new dentist in my new city. Maggie is hands down the best! She cleans my teeth so well I leave feeling like I just got a brand-new smile installed. Super thorough, gentle, and somehow makes the whole experience actually enjoyable.

If you want someone who’s professional, patient, and incredibly good at what she does, Maggie is your person. My teeth (and my apparently vanishing mouth guards) are in excellent hands.

This place just finished with remodeling, new and modernized. I sincerely appreciate the doctors, hygienists and staff in this office for taking great care of me. Recently I happened missing a dental cleaning appointment but a new appointment would be two months out. They said “But don’t worry and we will reach out to you when a cancellation happens“. Very soon I met the hygienist who “renewed” my teeth thoroughly and carefully. I thank their kindness, accommodating and work efficiency. On that day I was surprisedly greeted by Dr. Spelman who was supposed to be off. My hygienist told me that doctors often stop by and say hello to staff and patients during their time offs. Lots of times they brought treats too.

Everyone is great at Willow Springs. I’ve seen a couple different dentists and a few hygienists, had a crown and regular maintenance. Dr saved my molar from being pulled. My kids also are seen here. Clean, thorough and skilled. I’d recommend to anyone.

I’m 73, my goal is to keep my teeth and not have to buy any. My bottom incisors were wearing, I always wear a night guard. I have no idea when it actually occurred but felt a very sharp tooth against my tongue. I had chipped a tooth. I did not want it to crack, did not want a crown, so I got in to see Dr Emmet. He filed and filled my four bottom incisors making them not look so worn and actually they look stronger and more even. You cannot tell the difference between the filling and the tooth. Really great job. I wish I had a before picture. He’s obviously an artist too.

My husband and I, plus two kids, 12 & 14, have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. Ruth and Diana have been lovely and very thorough cleaning our teeth, and Dr Emmett is very pleasant and hasn't recommended anything unnecessary. Sarah and the other ladies up front have been a delight as well. This office was recommended to us by family and all 7 of us going here are very happy with it across the board. We especially appreciate the new patient discounts as we are currently without insurance. Everything is very clean, including the bathroom, and the atmosphere and waiting area are comfortable and welcoming. We've been recommending the office ourselves and we hope they have continued success for many years to come.
