Went in for a check up and cleaning but learned that I needed a filling as well.
TLDR: fantastic and you should go here!
First, great vibe. Front reception was great and had comfy chairs. Receptionist was kind and up front that I would have to wait as I arrived very early.
Second, staff were incredibly kind and my reception was very welcoming. Made sure I knew where the bathroom was while offering me a water. Efficiently handled X-rays and photos and before they were fully done the doctor was there.
Third, dentist was excellent. Walked me through his recommendations and timeline. Transparent pricing with insurance. Their consideration of whether I was in pain was more than I have received elsewhere.
Overall just a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been to over 4 dentist in Vegas, all saying different things about my treatment which resulted in me pushing out the care i needed due to being overwhelmed and embarrassed. My coworker told me about Dr. Buchanan while in the midst of financial hardships and I just had a feeling this one would be different. From calling in and speaking with Jeannette to meeting his assistant (whose name is slipping my mind but she’s amazing!!) and the initial visit with Dr.Buchanan I felt immediately welcomed and cared for! I needed a tooth extracted so bad but couldn’t afford it at the time by Jeannette running my insurance AND helping me finance my care correctly, I had it done in less than a week! This is the best dentistry I’ve been to in several years. Charles and his team are exceptional. I’ve been going to them for about 6 months and my experience is nothing but the best. I know I’m in good hands. I trust all of them. All the dental assistants have been great but the one I see the most has glasses and locs and she’s just so kind and really good at her job! (I’m sorry I don’t have the name) The receptionist are great too! Khia was the one who really helped me understand my benefits, my insurance and co-pays. I visited Dr. Buchanan's office recently for a crown. And, it was maybe my 2nd or 3rd visit to him. I'm a little older-ish, so it usually takes me a good while to be comfortable with a new dentist. I had visited him once before, when he was still at the other location, so to me he was still a new dentist, since I always seem to have reservations about dentists, just in general. I always want to think they somewhat know what they're doing, but it seems even with dentists I'd been with for years still managed to slip up and hit a nerve (not intentionally), I mean we're all human. But, unlike the other dentists I've been to, Dr. Buchanan is very much a whole new experience. He's not all business only, like sticking to a rigid time shedule, or as if I were taking my car in for an oil change. He has a very cool demeanor. I must have been completely at ease with him, as I realised several times that as he was working that I actually dozed off! It's been a very long time since that's happened! And the assistants are very helpful and welcoming. I'm fairly sure I'll be returning to his office. Great job, Dr.!

The staff is warm from the moment you check in, to the assistant (I had Sarah) taking X-rays, and finally the doctor conducting the exam. Dr. Buchanan is exudes a professional, yet friendly demeanor. I'm very happy with my new dental clinic. The office itself is spotless and has a modern feel. The entire team is wonderful—the receptionists are friendly and welcoming, and the hygienists and their assistants are not only professional but also genuinely nice. They've handled all my cleanings and periodontal maintenance with great results, and I'm always satisfied with their work. The doctor is also a polite and nice gentleman, and while I haven't needed any major treatments yet, I feel confident in his care. The only small suggestion I have is for the waiting room, which can get a bit bright and warm from the sun, but this doesn't take away from the excellent service. I trust this clinic to provide high-quality care and would recommend it to others.

Dr Buchanan is THE dentist. He’s not just your standard dentist, he can do a lot more. My other dentists never evaluated my sleeping habits so I never realized I had much more going on. He made me an appliance for my sleep apnea. Since then, I’ve slept so much better. This dentist can do it all!
