This has been one of the most disappointing medical offices I have attended. I requested a copy of my medical records and was initially informed that they would be sent to me by the end of the day or the following day. I was told the delay was due to staff needing to review my paperwork prior to release.
After one week without receiving the records, I contacted Chiropractic Clinics of Nevada and was advised that I would need to continue waiting because the staff had not yet had time to review them. It has now been a month, and I have still not received any communication or documentation.
I specifically needed confirmation that I attended this office for a C&P exam. The lack of timely response and follow-through has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I have never experienced such delays when requesting my own medical records, as other clinics typically provide documentation immediately upon request.
Overall, this office has been a significant disappointment in terms of patient support and professionalism. I would not have chosen to attend this facility if it were not required through the VA. I would caution others, particularly veterans, to consider alternative facilities, as my experience suggests this office is not responsive or veteran-friendly.

After completing a 12-week treatment program through the VA, I’ve spent the past month trying to get approval for additional visits. The clinic keeps saying they’re “waiting on paperwork from the VA,” but after multiple calls with VA Community Care, I was told they’re actually waiting on the clinic specifically Kylie to send back the required documentation.

It’s frustrating to be caught in the middle of this miscommunication with no sense of urgency from the clinic, especially when timely care is critical. I’m not asking for special treatment—just professionalism and follow-through.

This office is veteran-owned, yet seems to use the stigma around the VA process as an excuse for their delays. If I can’t receive more visits, the least they could do is provide a summary of the services they gave me. Disappointing customer service experience overall I can’t recommend this place.

I had my last of 12 visits a week ago and after calling them to see the status of the doctor completing the form to the Veterans Administration to request further authorization to go there for more visits and trying to explain myself the woman I spoke with (office manager) hung up me before stating it seems All patients from the V.A. I did raise my voice after she raised hers when she stated to me that she says patients from the V.A; we deserve special attention. It’s not special attention we would like; it just shouldn’t take a week before they submit a request to get more treatments. I guess their doctors are too busy or overburdened. Terrible way to treat Any Patient, no matter who they are. Unfortunately, this woman says she owns the place!

I don’t ever ask for more as a person or patient, veteran or not, just to have the proper treatments and not to be treated in such an unprofessional manner. This place is one I will never ago visit or recommend!

My first visit was very informative and helpful. The staff is really professional and caring. The location was really wonderful for me. They pulled up my previous medical records and took xrays. I was really glad to get my diagnosis moving along with the pain I am in.

Called to check and to see if they took my insurance and they wanted to make an appointment and they would do a complimentary “insurance check.” Really? So they are going to force you to come in to potentially tell you that your insurance is not accepted. If it’s not accepted I’m going to turn around and walk out anyway because I want a long term doctor. If this is the kind of customer service you get over the phone, why would I want to step foot in the office.

I can't say enough about this place! Last August, I was diagnosed with decompressed discs in my back. As an avid runner and lover of all things active, the diagnosis brought a great deal of fear for what future may lie ahead. Fortunately, after three months, my spine is fine, my pain is essentially gone (I have a sedentary job so my hips and lower back get tight) and I'm running better than ever. I continue my water intake, vitamins and regular treatments, alternating between regular adjustments and decompression sessions and the results have literally been life changing! Plus, the staff is amazing, super friendly as well as professional... they actually make going to the doctor fun!

I am very very impressed with this clinic, and after speaking at length with Dr. Swolensky, I am confident he can help me with the issues I have with my back. Everyone goes above and beyond to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. The big hurdle of course is the financial commitment. Once I chose to go with the treatment the caring attitude and attentive service increased, unlike many in the medical field these days.

This was my husband Joe’s first experience with Dr.Solensky.Who had taken the time and was concerned and understanding of Joe’s lower back problems. I am checking in for my 19th of 30 NSSD treatments. (Non surgical spinal decompression) I have been experiencing pain in my right hip for a very long time. The pain has been getting worse as I age to the point where I walked with limp, clung to furniture and my husband (!), had trouble sleeping at night and took 800mg Motrin 2x/day. At my worst my pain level was 3-4 shooting pain. I desperately needed a solution that didn't include cortisone injections and eventual hip replacement.

I found Dr Swolensky on the internet and started laser treatments which were very helpful but didn't quite get the job done. Further testing disclosed that while the pain is in my hip the core problem is in my spine: L4, L5, and S1 compressed vertebrae pressing on the root nerves leading to my hip. Dr Swolensky designed my treatment program decompress the vertebrae releasing the pressure on my discs and nerves. The treatments are completely painless and in fact feel wonderful!!! It's the highlight of my day!💖

I started seeing Dr. Swolenski after a car accident I was in, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Not only did he treat my pain, he also cared enough to listen when I was concerned about my 4 year old who was also in the accident. He immediately got her set up with appointments for treatment, and achieved the same level of pain relief for her. On top of the excellent care and concern he extends to each patient, he also is a wealth of knowledge for us too! He explained why certain pains take place and not only the treatment he can provide for it, but also what we can do at home to help ourselves reach the highest level of relief. He works with everyones budget when recommending a treatment plan and truly wants to help people. Patricia & Katina, his front office staff are rockstars!! They remember everone and make it a point to build a relationship with each patient, making everyone feel appriciated and heard. My back went out when I was in California in 2012 and at 65 I was still working. I got with a Chiropractor who was just starting decompression and he was able to make my back good enough to work hard for 4 more years. In 2015 my wife died and I married one of her girl friends and moved to Henderson in 2016 and did not think about my back. In 2018 I was golfing and felt a twinge in my back and in 2 days I was hunched over and hardly could walk. I looked on the internet and for Swolensky and yes it cost but my back is worth it and he took care of it and now I have him align my neck and spine and I do the exercises he showed me and I have no problem with my back. I am 71 and going back to my golf with no fear of having problems.

I know my body and what has worked for me in the past. And I felt him to be disrespectful when he get saying that other guy. That other guy helped me tremendously.

My husband refused to go to a chiropractor because they only injured him more....after weeks of being in pain I finally got him to go. I made an appointment with Dr. Swolensky and he has never felt better. The new technology that they have is great. After my husband was better he talked me into going. I had back issues for almost 18 years and nothing ever fixed it, so I made my appointment. I did the DRX-9000 sessions and I have never felt better. After unforeseen issue with prior Chiropractor I went to a few different providers and didn't find what I was looking for. Then I read the web page of a local Henderson Chiropractor that had a new and "Different" way of keeping the body and back in the right positions. After the first session I had a Chiropractic "Moment of Clarity" and knew I had found the right place for me. I've been to a few Chiropractors for minor pains but it wasn't till I had a disc issue that I looked into finding the right place to take care of me. I was hardly walking and I was in intense constant pain (a shocker at the age of 30). Right away, I knew that I made the right choice with Chiropractic Clinics. Dr. Swolensky analyzed my injury and focused on my treatment to not only get me out of pain but getting me back to my normal life.
