This was my first time seeing Dr. Mismis at Divine Dental, and I honestly wish I had found her sooner.

She was referred to me by a friend after I had a horrendous experience with my previous dentist in Henderson. Long story which I won’t share for now.
Dr. Mismis and the entire staff are incredibly thorough, detailed, and attentive, which I really appreciate.

I feel like I saved myself a lot of time researching the best dental practice in Vegas because I found exactly what I was looking for. Dr. Mismis and the entire team at Divine Dental are superb. Highly recommend!

My crown was loosed for couple days. Scheduled appointment to my regular dentist on Monday for check up. Today I was driving on the road. I sneezed and the crown flew like a rocket then hid under the seat near the railing. Spent 15 minutes finding it. Went to my regular dentist in SW (I used to live there) the doctor wasn’t available. Came here since my employee is a client here at Divine Dental. She said they take walk ins plus they always have doctors available. I explained everything to Ebony and she arranged my visit as a priority. Missing tooth 🦷 is missing confidence they know that. Got X-ray right away re cement quickly and I’m away to spend my day. No not just that. They gave me a fluffy blanket, dental goodies. They offer chocolate on the counter for Halloween 🎃 as well. So far the experience here is over the roof 🔝🔝🔝

Editing to add that I visited another dentist and low and behold, they only found 1 cavity.

TLDR. They're aggressive with treatment, likely to fund their vacations. Staff will bully you if you advocate for yourself and reject treatment to get a second opinion.

I would not recommend. When I got my first cleaning in January they kept insisting that I would have a $50 copay even though I told them MANY times my insurance covers 100%. Finally I had to call insurance myself and sure enough they cover 100%. Got my cleaning all good, no issues.

Now June is here and I'm ready for my next cleaning. I take my cleanings seriously, I go literally every 6 months. This time no one hounds me about a copay, however it appears that maybe there is new management or something?? I have a new young male dentist. The hygienist was interrupted a few times during the cleaning, once to tell me my fluoride was refunded and then another so another member of staff could come show her something on her phone. At one point she's letting water run out of my mouth all down my neck. Fine. Whatever.

Then the new dentist comes in, xrays look good. Then he proceeds to look at my teeth and tells me I have 14 cavities. 14, when I go every 6 months and no one has ever told me I have even a single one. Then he and the 3 other staff members in the room try to gaslight me about how cavities can develop rapidly from soda(I dont drink soda) or medication changes(I'm not on any medications). He states some Dentists will look and think it's staining but in his opinion they are cavities. Okay. I decide I'm going to get a second opinion because I've had other dentists recommend services I didn't actually need, so I have a little distrust when treatment seems excessive.

I'm polite, don't say much although I can tell my face is giving away my frustration. I ask to just leave and they walk me to the front desk.

Front desk staff dealing with my treatment plan is horrendous. They started to try to set up my treatment, I POLITELY tell them I'm not going to set it up right now because I'll be seeking a second opinion. This is when they start literally bullying me. lol. Telling me "That's fine, but even I can see all your cavities". "You won't be able to get X-Rays for another 5 years". "No other dentist is going to give you a cleaning in December". Like okay? I have the right to decide what to do with my own body and if I want to wait until January to go to a new dentist for a second opinion, I'm allowed to do that. It's like me advocating for myself was a personal attack on the front desk staff. Again, I was polite and wasn't about to let front desk staff bully me into undergoing a procedure that they're not even qualified to comment on. You are not a dentist, you work for a dentist. I don't need your input or your attitude!!!!

Oh and idk what kind of Flouride they are using, but literally it was applied so poorly that I walked out feeling like I had a mouth full of spider webs or hair. It applied wet but then quickly became the consistency of really sticky gum, but they applied it haphazardly and literally let me walk out of the office with it all over my lips. I was pulling strings off of my tongue for hours after.

Edit to add: Rosalyn(I apologize if that's not the right spelling) is the only front desk staff person I remembered because she was awesome. Extremely polite and this is not a reflection of her at all.

Edit 2 to respond to owner: You personally did not reach out to me, your office manager did and stated they watched the cameras and that they're "Sorry I felt that way". While staff might have been offering to send my records it's about the delivery and as a patient, I felt pressured and bullied. Also the response from the manager included some nonsense about a "raffel" I have no idea what she is even talking about.

Such a great experience! I've been in Vegas several months, packing to go home and lost a back cap. I wanted it fixed before I headed back to Texas. They got me right in. Dr. Mondani and Samyah were fantastic. He was so patient, explaining, very honestly what my issues are. He gave a solid treatment plan knowing that I was leaving Vegas in 1 day. Samyah was knowledgeable and friendly, always explaining what was going on. This would be my office if I lived in Vegas. I may even fly back to see them; THAT'S how impressed I am with there service. I had to seek a new dentist due to my insurance changing and let me say, I thought my last dentist was good and was so upset to have to look for a new dentist. I'm glad now I did. I came across Divine Dental and they did amazing on my son and now I went in today for my second visit, the doctor and assistant was amazing! I didn’t feel any pain. I had a crown and filling done. I’ve been a patient of Dr Mismas for 11 years now and have overcome all my fears of the dentist. Well most anyway. Today was my bi-yearly cleaning. Beth was the best hygienist ever. Felt next to nothing. At her recommendation I switched to Sensodyne toothpaste and it really worked. Used to be a very painful experience but no more.
As you would and should expect the office is spotless, the staff very professional and enjoy their work. Dr Mismass herself is very kind and explains dental treatment in non technical and non threatening terms. If this sounds like the kind of dental care you’re looking for. Look no further.

I had three crowns replaced and a periodontal cleaning. I've gone back for my checkup and cleaning (10 months later). My long time dentist retired and this is close to my home. Divine dental took good care of my dental needs. I even have a dental discount plan now that I retired. I am on call at all times at State and military offices, and they could fit me into the schedule, I'm a flex officer now. All flowed perfectly and seamlessly, I really like the treatment and the professionalism of this office.

I had the same dentist in Las Vegas for over 30 years and due to him retiring I had to seek out a new one. The thought of that made me very apprehensive and anxious. From the first day I walked in and told them I’m looking for a new dentist I knew Dr. Mismas and Divine Dental was going to be my new place. It is ALWAYS a bit nerve wracking to go to the Dentist AND see the bill! From the greeting @ the reception desk to being seated in the dental chair it is very comforting and calming. All involved listen to your concerns and/or fears. Whether the assistant or hygienist is next to completely hear your concerns it is a relief. Dr Mismas is a professional and THE BEST. She reviews your chart and asks specifically what your worries and expectations are. Her gentle listening and kind touch is very reassuring. I have told them numerous times to take my family out of their system. They claimed that my family needed a lot more work than they actually did. I went and got second opinions elsewhere for my family because this place said they needed so much work done even though they have never had a cavity in their life. The second opinion proved that all that work did not need to be done. Even though I told them to take us out of their system and that we would not be coming back they still kept our appointments and acted as if we wanted to still go there. Kept calling us and leaving messages saying that we had an appointment coming. This is the third time at least that I have told them to not call us again and we are not going there again. They say they're gonna erase our information as they have in the past. They never did it in the past. I doubt they're gonna do it again if you go to a new place and they say that you need all this work done, go and get a second opinion, just in case.

The process to get my permanent crown took a little under three months. I had to wait for three permanent crowns because they kept on getting the imprint wrong. In addition to 4 appointments for a permanent crown---I had to go in 10+ times for recements of temporary crowns (the shortest lasting recement was 5 minutes). My first temporary crown disintegrated because it had been in my mouth for so long and they were not replacing it past its clear expiration date.

Imagine working your work schedule around 15 dentists appointments over the course of 2.5 months for one single issue.

Even after this experience, they told me their initial quote was off. I paid them over $600 and apparently their quote was $400 dollars off. That's a pretty high quote and a very high quote differential for pretty bad service.

I’ve been coming to this dentist for years and I’m honestly sad that I have to leave this review. This place has always been great up until the last couple of years. I spent a lot of money on Invisalign and for what? When I first got Invisalign, they were rarely ever on correctly. What was supposed to take one year, took 3 because the people who took the mold of my mouth could not get it right. I basically kept having to start the Invisalign process over and over for 3 years until my teeth finally got straighter. After the Invisalign was complete, they gave me a retainer to wear at night so my teeth don’t shift back. Occasionally, I needed to get fillings and when I would get a filling on a SINGLE tooth, the dentist would then check my bite, like normal, to make sure the filling is sitting right. When she checked my bite, she would adjust with the drill EVERY TOOTH around the one that was actually filled. She did this multiple times and of course since my teeth were ALL getting adjusted, my retainer didn’t fit anymore so my teeth started to shift back. I then brought up this issue and all they could say was “you have to pay $100 for a retainer of your teeth right now so they don’t shift any further, then you need to repay for Invisalign and start the process over”…. Are you kidding me?? The only reason my teeth are shifting and my retainer isn’t fitting anymore is because when they “check my bite” they drill like 4 separate teeth. Thats the last time I went there and my last straw with them was a couple days ago. They put in a crown that popped out (it’s normal so I’m not upset at them for that). What I am upset about is the fact that the vibes are off like they just want to try and get as much money out of me as they can? I called them and explained that my crown popped off. (It’s not broken it is a full crown it literally just popped off). I explained that over the phone and asked how much it would be to put back on. The girl on the phone told me that I needed to come in for an exam JUST to look at the tooth, nothing else, then schedule a whole different appointment for putting the crown back on. She then explained that she had absolutely no idea how much it would be for me to get an exam. I’m sorry but how do you not know how much it would be? I don’t have insurance and am paying cash you don’t have a set price? Super fishy. I literally went to the dentist down the street and they cemented it back on same day with no problem. I’m sorry to say but I will not be coming back. That Invisalign thing pisses me off and I wish I could get my money and 3 years back dealing with that bs. Thanks divine dental.

Was not informed of the complexity, uncomfortableness and length of time the procedure, beyond the crown replacement, was going to take. The time I spent was 4 1/2 hours. Procedure is not complete. Two teeth remain to be addressed. Doctor was willing to let me leave, until I complained of the rough surface of my teeth that he worked on. Personal enough on the surface, but can't say the same about his skills. The whole team exuded low rent professional skills.

I have a high social anxiety. I have a hard time, leaving the house, even to check the mail. Pair that with multiple other mental illnesses, and going to the dentist is very difficult for me. Everything about going here has been incredibly easy, from scheduling appointments (They do Saturdays! 😃), filling out the associated paperwork, etc. Every single person has been very friendly and helpful every step of the way, so I can make it back for the multiple appointments to get the work done that I need.

I have always had Miss Shanelle as my tech. (Tech? Hygienist? So sorry if I use the wrong lingo!) She is always very sweet and understanding, helping me through each appointment. The first couple of times, I saw Dr. Major. He was very nice, and made me feel at ease. Today, I had the pleasure of seeing the lovely Dr. Mismas. She is so caring and down to earth. She had a wonderful bedside manner. 😊

I would most definitely recommend this practice to anyone at all. They get a 15/10 in my book. Thank you so much to Divine Dental for the care and understanding you have shown me!

Updated 6/19/2024: Today I had two crowns done in the back bottom, right next to each other. I was very anxious about this procedure. After being sufficiently numbed up, which didn't even really hurt, the operation was a breeze. They really go out of their way at Divine Dental to make you feel comfortable and are taken care of. Follow-up visit in 3 weeks to have the permanent crowns locked in. So glad I've found a good Dentist in Vegas. Thank you, Divine Dental, and all the wonderful staff. God bless you.

Doctor Major is awesome. All the assistants are too. Getting to play music I actually want to listen to really helps with calming the nerves. Excellent work performed. My husband has been without teeth for 9 months. First they pulled all his teeth with him awake. Went back to get his dentures and they were too big for his mouth. They looked like they were meant for someone else. He's been back several times and still no teeth. Today they show him dentures that look great only to tell him he can't have them for 2 more weeks. Divine Dental is amazing!! I truly felt it was a 'divine' intervention when I found them! When I relocated to Las Vegas, I had horrible experiences with 2 previous dentists. I hate going to the dentist but believe it's important to stay on top of any issues.

I was SO disappointed to learn last year that when I switched my Senior Advantage Plan, I would no longer have coverage at Divine Dental. Everyone at Divine Dental is professional and personable from the moment you walk in the door till the moment you walk out the door. Today I saw Lance the hygenist for a cleaning. He did a fantastic job! No matter who you see there, the experience is always pleasant and positive.
Additionally, Divine Dental’s waiting area and even the examination rooms have a nice ambiance that contribute to making a trip to the dentist totally non-stressful.
D.D. also has a great location-at Ann just off the 95. The practice is located in a large shopping/strip mall, with plenty of parking too.

I was having extreme tmj pain I was having all types of symptoms for 4 months and I was referred to Dr. Mismas from a friend. First day of Dr. Mismas treating me, my pain went from a 12 to a 0. She likes to specialize in bite adjustments and alignments. She is compassionate and understanding qualities every doctor in every field needs. The staff seems friendly, but that's because they want to sell you services you don't need. The entire time they boast about being women owned like it makes them more trustworthy.
I haven't had a single cavity since middle school, but I go here and all of a sudden I have two in dire need of pulp caps! $$
I kept getting texts to schedule an appointment even after politely saying no.
I went to another dentist and did not mention anything about the cavities. It's ironic that his first comment after examining my x-rays was "Looks like you don't have any issues with cavities!"
The cleaning felt like a joke. I did not feel like I went to a real dentist, and your x-ray technician should not find it humorous that most patients complain about getting x-rays taken because of her incompetence! She had to redo pictures several times, but I guess making patients uncomfortable is hilarious.

I went there last year in April for a deep cleaning and filling for my cavities.
And few days later one of the fillings that was done to my tooth was hurting so bad that I had to let them know that I was enduring very intense pain. As I gave them a call they told me that they were gonna “adjust it” So I went there again after so much pain.
They adjust my tooth drill the surface of the tooth
And for a moment maybe 1-2 days was fine and after that I had worst pain in my life.
I let them know again and went back there
They did an X ray again and told me I gotta do a root canal but if I had to do root canal, how come they didn’t just do it in the first place? Instead I had to pay for another filling and root canal, which was very expensive, because of their incompetence.

UPDATE : the tooth that is hurting this time was the tooth they did the filling on last year which was located next to the root canal tooth they worked on.
I went to different dentist and they said it seems like a cavity that was probably deeper than it appeared so now I got an infection from it because of the horrible work done on the filling.
So I guess I had to do a root canal for both teeth with cavities. So last year one tooth reacted right away but the other one took some time to show.
Now I had to pay for root canal a second time when it should’ve been done correctly the first time. I was very disappointed by the service that was done on my teeth. To fix the issue that they created I had to pay a whopping 2200. I never experienced anything like this before with my previous dental operations regarding tooth fillings
I would HIGHLY not recommend this establishment due to the incompetence of the doctors. You will be charged a numerous amount due to the fact that you will have to keep coming back because they don’t know what they’re doing.

Throughout my life I’ve had a great fear of dentists. Yesterday that changed. From the moment I walked into Divine Dental, I felt comfortable. The reception staff with their greetings and smile was but the beginning. Next came Sammy as

I went to divine dental today for my usual cleaning. No wait- they took me in right away. The staff was courteous. Doc was knowledgeable. I was glad to get in without a wait as it was during my lunchtime and I feel the cleaning was done very well and I felt no pain. Thank you everyone.

Thank you Dr. Natalie Evans! After being with my "old" dentist for 20 years I was nervous about going to a new one (insurance change). Her calm and gentle demeanor put me at ease right away. Her skills in fixing several cavities was impressive! I look in the mirror and smile a lot more because my front teeth look great! Looking forward to the next 20 years with Dr. Natalie Evans!

I am a patient at Divine Dental for years. Dr. Rachel Mismas is a caring dentist. She sees you as a patient. She is simply said, an amazing dentist/person.
I have had Jose work with me today. He is very good at his job and I was pleased having him be my DT today. Front desk Evelyn recognized me by name and I saw that as professionalism.
Just a wonderful dental office with "real" people.
Correction: Dr. Mismas sees you as a person and then a patient. That humanity and humility is priceless.
