My family and I have been going to Dr. Bascheron on and off as needed since 2011. She is the very best orthopedic Doctor in Las Vegas period! She is not in it for the money. She truly cares about healing you and that's just what she does! You won't find a better Doctor than her! Thank you Dr. Bascheron for taking such great care of my family and me through the years!

Wife had surgery and we paid what we understood to be all the bills left over. Over 6 months later we receive a bill for $26 saying we are delinquent and being assigned to a collection agency! I have called 4 times already leaving a message each time and nobody calls back! Pathetic service. Do not go to this joke of a practice!

I was highly recommended to Dr. Bascharon,
After having multiple injuries to the same leg. She got me in quick, scheduled the surgery, and got me on the road to recovery. This is more of a thank you than a recommendation. I have never had a doctor care so much and listen to my needs. That’s something you don’t get these days. She’s truly one of a kind. The staff has been nothing but friendly and caring. I cannot recommend Dr. Bascharon enough. I had an ACL/MCL repair done by another surgeon in town 10 months earlier and had some complications so I came to Dr. Bascharon for a second opinion. We found out the anchor screw on the MCL had come out so we scheduled a revision surgery. She is so compassionate and listens to you. She also called my husband from inside the surgery center to inform him about the procedure. She is also so much cheaper than the other place that used a surgery center, because she operates out of a hospital. Also Dr. Bascharon is a DO (compared to an MD which was my first doctor)...which makes a huge difference. A Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) has additional training in the musculoskeletal system. Dr. Bascharon also utilizes mesenchymal stem cell injections, which help regenerate tissue growth instead of just putting a bandaid on with a cortisone injection. She is focused on patient outcomes! Overall an amazing experience with Dr. Bascahron and a drastic difference to the indifference I experienced at the other dr. Thank you Dr. Bascharon!!

Whole office staff is incredible. Everyone is classy and knowledgeable and listen.

Dr. Bascharon is the absolute best! I cannot express enough the incredible care I received by her and her staff. I was experiencing excruciating shoulder pain that was getting worse with each day. I scheduled a visit hoping to get some relief. As soon as I arrived, I was received with top-notch, caring and kind staff members putting me right at ease. Dr. Bascharon thoroughly examined my shoulder taking care to ensure I was as comfortable as could be considering my condition. She provided treatment expertly and specific instructions. My pain began to subside shortly after my visit and motion of my shoulder and arm began to return. Most importantly, that evening I slept through the night which was an incredible relief. I know I am in the absolute best hands with Dr. Bascharon and I will continue to place my trust in her and her awesome staff!

I was in need of another orthopedic and I was really happy to have found Dr. Bascharon. I read all the wonderful reviews and thought of course I will make an appointment.
First appointment, I was amazed with the friendly staff, beautiful and spacious office, and no wait at all. Dr Bascharon was friendly and thought oh my gosh she is different from the other orthopedic physician. I needed another injection because my pain in my arm wasn't completely gone and she was a lifesaver. Although the pain was in a different area from the previous injection I was given from the previous ortho doctor, but she did help me so much. I was not going back to that other place.
I had to return for a F/U since she ordered an MRI for my right hand because I've had issues since 2011 from workers comp and my hand has never been the same. And it's only gotten worse. So when I'm in the room waiting for the results, Dr. Bascharon doesn't say hi, but just looks at me very odd. I felt awkward. I thought what was going on, is she is in a bad mood, but if so, what take it on me? I mean I don't know. Then, she tells me that the results for my MRI were fine that I had something minor on the side of my hand. It's almost as if she was bothered that I got this test done. I then thought to myself, why did I mention my hand in the first place when I asked if I had any other concerns. That's my reason for my 4 stars.
Dr. Bascharon didn't take me seriously about my hand and I know I need to go to an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the hand. I just didn't like the bedside manner that day. I wish it was the same as the first day.

OMG..I had the most horrible experiences while being treated by Dr. Basharon & her staff. Hopefully she has drastically improved her bed side manner & medical office practices.
