Great staff. My daughter had a consultation appointment. I was told it would be an hour long appointment. However, it was a really quick and easy process. The appointment was actually a little less than 30 minutes. I'd rather be told a longer appointment time and be out the door faster so that worked out.

I am writing this review not on a visit but the true customer service and care over the phone. I am traveling out of country and called your facility because of a broken bracket. Tommie, answered the phone in a pleasant tone, I told him of my issue and he advised me on when I can come in. It was not just his knowledge and tone it was his empathy for my situation, Tommie provided me with tips to handle the exposed wire, and just having my braces for two weeks, this was quite helpful. I never got the office but the experience and care over the phone was refreshing and worth this review. Tommie is a gem and seems like a genuinely good person that love his job and love people. We met with this orthodontist and everyone is overly friendly and great! We aren’t going to begin treatment for a few months but if you want an accommodating orthodontist who works around your schedule this is the place! Dr. Okuda is incredible! We came in as a referral, hearing about him through a trusted friend. Both of my daughters see him and the experience is better than I could have imagined. We had a consultation for my son and daughter today. I was greet very kindly by the front desk. They took each of my children back to take x-rays, and then shortly after called us back to consult with Dr. Okuda. I know both my kids felt comfortable during their visit and every was explained very well (although I think it was a lot just cause I had two kids he was discussing) but he made the process clear and what the treatment plan would involve. I love the option of a monthly payment plan especially in today’s times. Looking forward to getting the treatment started for my son and in a year beginning it for my daughter.

These are the people I’ve trusted since 6th grade with my chompers. Now, at 31, I’m back once again for Invisalign(since I didn’t listen to Dr. Noorda and stopped wearing my retainers). He was so friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my kids and their interests. I really was set against having my son's beautiful gap closed but my son had to decide for himself how he wanted his image to be and I'm glad if anybody had an opportunity to work on his mouth that it was Dr Okuda. He was very patient very thorough, very understanding of my love for the gap but very concerned with my son's self image. And as my son went from 17 to 18 I felt totally confident to let him go to his own appointments by himself.I trusted the treatment I trusted the doctor and the results are fabulous. It was a wonderful experience; I've heard some horror stories and even when a wire popped out I was able to take my son the very next morning even though it was closed for a holiday and Dr Okuda met us and took care of it with no issue. After visiting so many orthodontists they all seems confused as to what needs to be done for my twin boys. Their teeth were really bad and they had a giant overbite. Dr Norda did an amazing job. I can spot a Dr Noorda smile from a mile away! In fact, the first time my son brought his new girlfriend home my first question was---Did you have Dr Noorda as your orthodontist?---because I could recognize his work! The unmistakably beautiful Colgate smile. He is the only orthodontist in this area that uses Damon brackets. A smaller bracket that puts less pressure on your teeth and allows for absolute precision. In addition, the staff is so friendly and inviting they make you feel like you are part of a family! They also organize the office visits so that you never have to wait. If your appt is 3:30 you are seen at 3:30! They also work with my insurance so I got a $1500 credit. Overall FANTASTIC experience with this group.
