I absolutely loved Dr.Smith! Having had an employer that was harassing me regarding FMLA and disability, she made sure that her communications were clear and all of my symptoms were documented and when needed referred me to specialist and made sure I was scene STAT! Her well documented medical records are making for a very strong case against my former employer.
She is a little withdrawn but she makes sure to get you the correct specialists and that you feel supported.

Their new address is 601 Whitney ranch suite c13. They haven’t bothered to change it on google. Dr. Kathleen Smith is just ok. Any problem I brought up to her she didn’t really have any solutions. Her bed side manner isn’t that great. She came in the room, didn’t introduce herself, and said “so what’s wrong?” I will wait for my lab results in two weeks and take them to another doctor.

first time patient I went in to see Dr Smith. She did not introduce her self to me, she just asked me what was wrong. Her coat was dirty her hair was a mess she couldn’t remember what I was telling her by the end of the appointment. The exam was fast and uncomfortable. Definitely not the experience I was thinking it was going to be. Told me to get my blood drawn and her tech would go over it with me bc she’s not good with results…I wish I could go into further details but she’s definitely not a caring doctor.

I've been to this place for a few years. So this year I was making an appointment, online in July. I got a call 08/20/21. I ask the cost, office visit is now 150.00, which use to be 100.00, the mmj card is 100.00 one year, 200.00 two years. On NV website one year is 50.00, two year is 100.00. so why pay double, I cancelled the appointment. Life is such a rip off. Beside the fact. Every year I make an appointment, they are in a new location. Will do without the card. We are in a pandemic, everything is going up. I'll save my money
I received a phone call a little over by a week ago. The price I was told wasn't correct. No change in pricing. The new person was confused. Went in all is great. Thank you.

everyone, except from the new receptionist and one of the nurses, we’re so rude. which i was planning on looking past but they turned out to be incompetent as well. i was surprised by the rude staff and unprofessionalism, then i met dr smith and things made a little more sense. i’ve never had any medical professional talk to me like that, she even said she “couldn’t keep up with my laundry list of things” ??? if less than 5 medical concerns is too much maybe don’t be a doctor ? I only had one appointment which they messed up scheduling, so they had me leave and come back but then still waited forever. they also didn’t get anything i needed done or sent to me.

So I understand that the CDC lifted their mask mandate, and I can understand that people who are vaccinated are completely safe to be around others without a mask. However, when the doctor who is running the facility is the only one not wearing a mask, and the doctor goes on to tell patients not to wear one saying stuff like "I think its unhealthy" and to top it all off, act completely rude and unprofessional to their own staff about them wearing masks and letting them know very loudly in the back of the office exclaiming "I think its STUPID to have them wear masks" that is when I begin to feel uncomfortable going to this medical center.

Used to be a decent place but lately the staff is incredibly unhelpful. But they sure will charge you. Telling me a med I have thier name on has never been prescribed to me by them. Aswell as almost never getting my referrals or refills without a call back ( or 5), I have had it. Save yourself a headache and find someone who actually cares about more than a dollar sign. And someone who has competent staff that communicates. Very disappointing and should be embarrassing.

Dr. Smith is the best. She is patient, caring and thorough in her examinations. She listens to and then solves your problems. If you're in need of a doctor that will put your health and interests first she's the one.

I cannot empathize with all the negative comments and I know also people can be OVERLY motivated to wanna spread negative information all the time, so heres some good.
I CAN and WILL say Dr. Smith ALONE is was an absolute ANGEL/BLESSING to have come when she did. Receptionists (Khristiana) at the front desk also were easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Some seriously SERIOUSLY off putting vibes felt though when assistant (chris/kris) came around to escort me to back. The initial looks I recieved from her almost had me ready to walk out. Going through a bad flare up already, I honestly felt I was a nusiance or bothering her as I answered her questions and she wrote nothing down or seemed to show no interest. Todays visit made for my (1st) time with Ultimate U and well the reassurance factor IMMEDIATELY changed when Dr Smith showed up in the room. A 1000 percent change in vibe and energy when Dr Kathleen Smith entered. Dr Smiths is just a great experience all the way around. The attention to detail, relation to patient love and her just being exceptional at her job were some of the MOST reassuring energies/feelings Ive felt since my battle with RA started. For months I battled some severe flare ups and not having a pcp or any medicine made it absolutey difficult. Every worry I had leading up to today completely turned to nothingness by the time Dr Smith was done with me, id give Dr Smith a 1000 star rating if I could
(THANK YOU DR SMITH)
Clean facility, information available everywhere. Issues easily fixed with just asking front desk receptionist or grab info off the walls. Televisions, cold water and a comfy waiting area. Its a win win if your here.

NO CARD AFTER 3 1/2 MONTHS. Sept. 23 2104, I paid Ultimate U medical $180 to submit my medical application. The check was cashed 13 days later. I will never see my card or my $180. Good luck trying to speak to a office manager as they don't return emails, phone messages and/or calling the office directly. Be prepared to be put on hold for an afternoon or just plain hung up on. I got through once (after many unsuccessful attempts, I think it was nine) pleading to the receptionist to get my health care provider to answer the damn phone. I was given a phone number in Carson City to call and as a passing of the buck and any blame. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY. Your local dealer is cheaper anyway.
